Room for improvement

Pros: Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Location - superb, in walking distance to most of places you want to see in Rome. Few nice restaurants just over the road.

Cons: Worst experience we actually had before arrival - originally we've been advised that check in is after 3pm, a day before we have received a text message that reception will be closed on arrival day at 1:30pm , which was still okay as our flight was early morning. On the day, we've received another text that reception will be closed at 11:30am and we have to send photos of our passports via watsapp for registration. We were a bit anxious about it, but had no choice as we couldn't get to the hotel that early and didn't want to be left without a room for a night. We did as asked, then arrived there just before 12noon and guess what - room wasn't ready🤷🏻‍♀️ anyway ,we went to eat something and came back later... Also, breakfast could contain more local stuff i.e. tomatos, olive etc, instead of american style egg and bacon stuff.

Pros: The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were as expected and the location was very close to most of the famous attractions in Rome.

Pros: Both Anthoni and Enrico were amazing - very helpful and accommodating. Comms were made before I arrived, and any queries were answered immediately. The location is in the heart of the centre and thus easy to explore on foot.

Pros: A wonderful place to stay where you’ll feel truly welcome and cared for – highly recommended. Host Enrico and his team are professional, attentive, and will do everything to make your stay in Rome a memorable one. Although it’s located right in the heart of the city, it’s surprisingly quiet at night, offering perfect rest away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.
