Pros: It’s close to everything, in the most vibrant neighbourhood, a lot of restaurant near by. Coloseum it’s 500 m away. Room it’s clean and cozy.

Pros: Excelent location, 3 days stay, no bus tichet needed. All you need nearby, morning coffee and breakfast, beer or wine in the evening, or just a small break in Monti square fountain steps.

Pros: Perfect location, and it was very soundproof although it was New years Eve ! Giuseppe was so helpful about everything, whether it was restaurant recommendations, late check out, or transfer organisation. And the cleaning lady was so sweet. Would definitely recommend it!

Clean, warm and well located.

Pros: The location is great, right by lots of different cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to from airport too. It's clean and also was warm, given it was cold weather at the time I visited. Perfect for me as a solo traveller.

Pros: Room was lovely and clean. Location was perfect. Excellent communication from Giuseppe. We had no problem with noise from the square outside. Some lovely restaurants close by.

Cons: A couple of minor things. A mirror in the bedroom would have been nice. Also, we would have liked a safe in the room.

Pros: The host was very friendly and kept me up to date with what I needed. The location was fantastic with tourist sites literally just around the corner. I have read previous reviews which suggested noise from outside kept them awake but during my stay I did not encounter any of this, the square and fountain while populated was largely quiet during the night. Great value for money if you are a solo traveller
