Great central location, but quite noisy at night

Pros: The central location for a very reasonable price was what attracted us to this property. Everything was within walking distance, just off the main road where you can take the buses to the train station and Vatican. Very spacious apartment, it had everything we needed for our 5 nights stay. We were slightly worried about the lack of reviews (since this must be quite a new property) but we took the risk and we're glad we did. During the stay we had a problem with a boiler that needed re-pressurising, we got in touch with the property through WhatsApp and they were very quick to help us and guide us on how to repressurise the boiler ourselves. The bed was very comfortable and the property was surprisingly very clean!

Cons: There were no glasses for water (only mugs), the smell in the bathroom was quite strong and was from plumbing or water not draining properly. The position of the apartment right above meant all the loud chatter could be heard right until their closing and even after (up to even 2am) so I would definitely not recommend this place if you're looking for a peacuful night sleep (or if you have a baby). You could also supply a new dish sponge for each guest, I find it quite unhygienic to use the sponge someone else used before me. I brought my own sponge and dishcloth.

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect, good to walk to anywhere on the old Rome area. Plenty of restaurants and bars around... Very easy to go in and out the place...

Uma experiência positiva

Pros: Adorei a localização! Foi possível percorrer os principais pontos turísticos sempre a pé pela proximidade ao centro histórico, bem como ao Vaticano! O espaço estava extremamente limpo e correspondeu tal e qual às fotografias! O contacto via telefónica foi extremamente acessível, tanto que permitiram que antecipássemos a hora de check-in sem custos adicionais.

Cons: O isolamento sonoro não era ideal. Visto localizar-se por cima de uma restaurante com a janela do quarto virada para a entrada, fazia com que o ruído dos clientes perturbasse o descanso! Além disso, a utilização da água na casa de banho gera um odor desagradável.
