Pros: Excellent apartment in great location. On arrival Giulio gives you all the information you need about the surrounding area, shops, restaurants, public transport etc. Everything you need for your stay is in apartment. Wouldn't look for anywhere else when returning to Rome.

We had a great time at a great property

Pros: Giulio was very pleasant to deal with, and the apartment is excellent. The location is great for walking around the old city of Rome, to the Ghetto, or getting (via bus) to the train station. The bed is comfortable and feels solid, unlike a lot of vacation apartments, where they seem to buy the cheapest stuff possible. Even the pillows were good! The A/C works well, which is essential in the heat (we came in the fall when it wasn't really needed). Water pressure is good, and the bathroom is comfortable and spacious.

Cons: The refrigerator in the kitchenette is a mini-fridge, with no freezer. That's not a complaint, just an observation that I didn't realize when we booked the apartment. It wouldn't have changed my views, and I would gladly return.

Wonderful stay in Rome

Pros: Firstly the location couldn't possibly be any better, it's perfectly placed for attractions, restaurants, shops yet very peaceful. Giulio is a wonderful host, great communication, advice, recommendations and very thoughtful. The apartment is spotless clean, super comfortable bed, quality bedding. Everything has been thought of....from wine and fruit on arrival to providing shower caps. We liked everything about our stay.

Cons: There is not one thing we did not like. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Super location, and met my the owners son, who showed us around the apartment, and generously text us information about local restaurants and transport options. This apartment was so perfect for walking to all the sites and food spots. The bed was super comfy too.

Rome and the perfect accomodation

Pros: Location was amazing, the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of the main attractions were within a walking distance of 20 minutes or less and filled with beautiful streets along the way. The accomodation had everything you needed, air conditioning was great in hot weather. Local market just outside the door, gelato shop and a few shops to get you started. Once you wok out your location to the attractions, you can walk everywhere. If you love to walk and roam around Rome, this is the best accomodation. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and would stay here again. Evening walks and going out at night are so important when in Rome and I felt staying here and going out.

Very comfortable, clean and close to everything.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, very comfortable bed , close to most historical attractions , cafes and restaurants. Host was very nice and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: It was so close to everything. 10 minutes from train station by bus.
