Excellent location, great staff and reasonably priced - would recommend and I would stay there again!

Pros: Great location Easy check in (we checked in later than staff were available but instructions were left) Rooms are well equipped and comfortable and have everything you need.

Cons: Nothing bad at all

Overall it was good

Pros: The location and convenience in getting around and with food places. Housekeeping guy - Vince has been attentive and really helpful.

Cons: The reception is always empty but maybe because it is holiday season. It would be nice if they can provide maps. The room walls are very thin, we can hear people’s conversation in the other rooms (even the moaning whilst doing their naughty acts)

Pros: Lovely clean property , perfect location and reception staff couldn’t do enough for us

Cons: Nothing! It was a little strange how you enter the building and it has an extremely old lift however once we knew where we were going all was good!

Perfect Location

Pros: Was recommended Five Rooms by Family and we were not disappointed. A fantastic little guesthouse in the heart of the city centre. Perfect for reaching everything you need when visiting Rome. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were comfy but spacious. A good bathroom too. Would definitely recommend to others. Note: Can be tricky to find and I couldn't see clear instructions on booking.com. If you go on Five Rooms website, they have very clear instructions on where to go.

Amazing

Pros: The location was excellent for most of the majority of places we wanted to visit. Also the Train and bus terminals was only 10 minutes walk away. Where we got the train to Florence.

Cons: Nothing really I think perhaps a shower shelf would be helpful.

Good location for the Colosseum and Termini. Basic but clean and comfortable

Pros: Breakfast was fine and substantial amount. The room was very clean and although basic had everything we required

Cons: The bed was obviously 2 singles pushed together and I kept falling into the middle. It wasn’t very comfortable. Although close to many historic sites with hindsight I would have preferred a location a little bit closer to the centre

Slept very well and was very clean.

Pros: Location very good, very clean, staff lovely, breakfast delivered to room in the morning.

Cons: The building was a bit strange as far as entrance was concerned. Was not what we were expecting to find when we arrived but once we got to the five rooms section it was ok.

Pros: Really great place to stay! The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance. The hosts were super nice and helped us with everything. We felt very welcome and would happily come back!
