Overall, considering the price of this room during the Christmas period, it's pretty good.

Pros: The room was very clean, and the staff provided fresh towels daily; the location was very close to the Colosseum, about a ten-minute walk.

Cons: The Wi-Fi signal is very unstable, and the hot water in the shower fluctuates between hot and cold.

Great location, nice accommodation with fantastic restaurants all around.

Pros: Location, location, location. Beautiful flat on second floor. Marble staircase with old Victorian style lift. Room and en suite were adequate but needs a re-fresh.

Cons: Was a bit tired and needs a re-fresh in decoration and fittings.

Perfect budget city centre accommodation

Pros: As with all City centre hotels, on a budget, location is paramount and Quality in Rome was in the right place for us to be able to walk almost everywhere. We loved the lift, quirky and old fashioned.

Good

Pros: Giulia put us in connection with a company to arrange for an airport shuttle from the airport,we appreciate it. She also book a taxi for our 7:35 tour of the Vatican. Location of Quality in Rome very good. Kettle in the room.

Cons: The pillows are very uncomfartable! Only 6 plastic glasses for 2 people for 5 days. No place in bathroom to put clothes or vanity bag.

Great location and great facilities

Pros: This place is in a perfect location a short walk from Termino but in a very nice area. It's also in between both metro A and B so you can get anywhere. We haven't met the staff but Giulia was very responsive and nice. The guest house itself is nice and comfy and also very clean. I really recommend it.

Great city location with amazing facilities but pillows could be softer.

Pros: Facilities were amazing: great shower, TV works well, shower and toilet were good, fridge working.

Cons: The pillows were quite hard but if the pillows were softer, it would have been the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Overall good and location was perfect

Pros: Great location and staff were lovely and helpful with great recommendations and even left a little birthday surprise in the room, which was very sweet. Room was comfortable and mostly clean with fresh towels and toiletries left daily. Overall a good stay.

Cons: We were there for a week and the bed was only changed/ made once, we maybe would have liked this more often.

Great location, great facility, friendly staff.

Pros: Spacious room, safe entrance, lift, comfortable bed, foam memory pillows, air conditioning, central heating in the room, tea/coffee, kettle, fridge, safe, towels changed every day. Staff very friendly and helpful, all speak English.
