Pros: Easy entry with code and rapid communication via whatsapp. Personnel checking several times if all ok with the stay. We can leave luggage upon arrival and before departure. The location is just perfect. Very clean and with coffee maker.

Cons: Only one point is the pressure of the water in the shower which is not high enough.

An amazing stay in a perfect location with wonderful hospitality

Pros: The place was amazing. It’s in a very central location near the city center, which made it easy to access all the places we wanted to visit. Everything was super clean, tidy, and well maintained. Melisa was wonderful — very helpful, kind, and sweet throughout our stay. Honestly, we loved everything about it.

Cons: Nothing — everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Excellent apartment with a great central location.

Pros: Great location, close to all the key tourist sites. We had a small issue but it was fixed very quickly. Staff communicated with us throughout our stay which we really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Cons: Took some time to get hot water in shower. We just had to run the shower for a couple of minutes before we needed it. To be fair we didn't report this but I'm sure it would have been fixed quickly if we had.

Pros: I chose Rome to celebrate my birthday and New Year, so it was very important for me to feel truly comfortable during my stay. These apartments exceeded all my expectations. The host, Melisa, is an incredibly kind, attentive, and warm person. She made us feel welcome from the very first moment and was always ready to help, which made my stay even more pleasant and stress-free. The room is spacious, with a separate area for luggage, a large wardrobe, and - very importantly for me - plenty of hangers 😂. The coffee was absolutely delicious, the bed was large and extremely comfortable, and many of Rome’s main attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend these apartments - and trust me, I’m not easy to please 😂. I have already chosen this place for my future trips to Rome.

Amazing and comfortable

Pros: It was private, very secure , peaceful and perfect location for everything! Constant communication with Melisa was amazing via WhatsApp when an issue with the safe came along (forgotten password) she quickly resolved the situation and opened the safe for us within 24 hours.

Cons: The only 1 fault I could give is the water pressure on the shower was slightly low HOWEVER what do you expect from a city?

Pros: I have only words of praise for this accommodation: impeccable cleaning, done daily, the host was very kind and helped us with anything we needed, the location is perfect, very close to the tourist attractions, which we visited on foot, close to the metro, functional elevator, coffee on the house. When we return to Rome, we will choose this accommodation.

Beautiful and modern room, very clean and a great location. Would stay again and recommend to anyone going to Rome.

Pros: The room was beautiful and very modern. The staff went above and beyond to decorate our room for our arrival as it was a special celebration trip. Excellent location, close walking distance to all the attractions. Restaurant recommendations on the door which was a nice touch. Room well equipped. Self check in service with passcodes provided prior, we didn’t actually see anyone else in the reception (staff or other guests), so it was very quiet, the apartments are within a residential block and the residents we did see on the below floors were friendly. Very clean room and the bed very comfy.

Cons: The lift is quite old however still works fine and I used the stairs instead, which wasn’t an issue at all. The keys to the room are left in the key safe outside and requested you do not take these out with you. This wasn’t an issue and still very secure because there is a keypad for the main entrance and internal entrance to the apartments, then a lock box to store the keys for the room. Just unusual not having a key to carry around but it works absolutely fine. This is not something we didn’t like, more something we hadn’t seen before!

Perfect for a couple of days in Rome

Pros: Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Rome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect to visit all of the local attractions and the room itself was perfect for what I needed. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing - everything was perfect!
