Pros: I had a very pleasant experience at Growell. Accommodation as described. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed. The location is very good (the accommodation is on a pedestrian street), close to the Vatican, near the metro, restaurants, various shops. At the reception there is a very nice young woman, friendly and eager to help you with information, her name is Kim. I will definitely choose the same accommodation when I return to Rome! I recommend!

We will probably stay again here for our next trip.

Pros: Kim is very warm, hospitable and understanding. Location is excellent, so close to Vatican City and the several restaurants and cafes that we like. Very safe.

Cons: Wish there were conditioner and places to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom.

Pros: We had a great stay here! Everything was super clean, the location is perfect, and we felt really comfortable. We want to especially point out Kim who is amazing! She was always there if we needed anything and is just a lovely and warm person. We also loved the sweet Valentine’s note that was left for us in the room - thank you so much for that detail. 🥰 Also we want to thank Rivandu working in the mornings for breakfast who was lovely and very kind! Would 100% stay here again and recommend the place. Thank you. ♥️

Pros: Everything was impeccable, from the location to the staff's kindness and expert handling of all questions, the fantastic breakfast, and ensuring the room was always perfectly clean at the end of a long day. Everyone took extra care to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Pros: I really liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the convenient location — close to major attractions, cafés, and public transport.

Cons: I don’t have anything that I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and the stay was truly enjoyable from start to finish.

Pros: The location was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and willing to please. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and the cooking could not be faulted. We are glad to recommend it to friends and will visit again.

Cons: For the size of the room and bathroom facility there is not really much that could be improved. A larger room would have been even nicer.

We had a brilliant time in Rome and it was made better by being based here.

Pros: Location is perfect. Property was very clean. Breakfasts were very good and freshly prepared for us. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The young woman who prepared our food, cleaned our room and generally looked after us was wonderful. She gave us loads of advice on where to eat and drink. Her colleague was so friendly and helpful too, even when we almost missed breakfast. He was also helpful in telling us about places to go. When we go back to Rome we will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Room always clean. The lady manager assisted with sight seeing retail shops and tours generally. Breakfast was the best - a great cook. She organised a van pickup to the airport after my booked reservations were disrupted. I have recommended the hotel to friends and I would return ahain because of her excellent service
