Nice breakfast, comfortable room and helpful reception people on a 24/7 basis!

Pros: The guy at the reception was just brilliant - he even shared good restaurants for us to go to! The breakfast was just great at the 3rd floor of the hotel and the room was more than nice and much comfortable for 3 people!!

Pros: It is a lovely small cosy hotel near Lepanto metro station. On walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and caffes. The hotel has nice renovated rooms with all what you need during the stay.

Lovely hotel near Lepanto station

Pros: At the reception Thierry (morning) and the lady (evening) sorry I don't know her name were amazing Thank you so much for your kindness and very helpful Change our room to accommodate my mum's needs& Thierry speak French as well Very easy to get public transport, close to Lepanto metro station and several restaurants around

Cons: need more variety of food for breakfast They should give free bottles of mineral water on the arrival. They should provide more firm pillows

Pros: I absolutely loved our stay at The B Place. The location, the breakfast, the staff were all fantastic. The shower drains on the upper floors could work better, but other than that, I have no complaints. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Good place to stay close to the Vatican

Pros: It is located in walking distance from tha Vatican and surrounded by a lot of good restaurants. The breakfast at the rooftop is a unique experience.

Cons: The room was a little bit tight even for two persons. The walls of the room was thin, everything can be heard from the other rooms.

Everything was perfect!

Pros: Perfect location, just one block away from the metro line. Everyone was nice and friendly, just what we needed after a bad experience in another hotel. Room was nice, clean and it had a very cool style. The breakfast was also good, just the usual, bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, coffee, juices, etc.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Excellent location and functional comfort

Pros: The hotel is situated in a cozy and charming neighborhood, and its immediate proximity to the Vatican makes it an exceptionally convenient base for sightseeing. While the room itself was definitely on the small side, it was arranged efficiently and felt perfectly comfortable for our needs. A particularly helpful feature was the hotel's offering of an airport transfer service, which simplified our arrival and departure greatly. Regarding the price-to-quality ratio, I felt it was perfectly acceptable; this is not a luxury property, but it delivers solid, good value for money, making it a reliable choice for a Roman weekend.

Cons: The cleanliness upon arrival was somewhat lacking

Amazing!

Pros: Everything was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast at the roof terrace was amazing, again very friendly staff and it was good food! The place is on good walkable distance from all the major sites.
