Fantastic stay in Rome!

Pros: The apartment was clean, cozy and perfectly located to explore Rome by bus and tram. Breakfast option in near cafes was excellent. Personal support from Luca, the manager, was extraordinary.

Cons: I should have been less tall for the shower cabin.

Our stay was perfect – a beautifully equipped, spacious apartment in a great location with a kind and helpful host.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! Luca was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was clean, spacious, and located in a fantastic area—perfect for exploring Rome. It was very comfortable, beautifully equipped, and had everything we needed. I truly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again next time I’m in Rome!

A comfortable stay in a budget friendly spacious apartment while daily commuting to the main tourist attractions.

Pros: The Giancolense holiday apartment was quite spacious with full amenities. Location wise, it is in a quiet residential cul-de-sac area . There are good nearby (5 to 8 minutes) tram and bus services to the city centre and tourist attractions but public transport is not so good during weekends . Luca, the apartment manager was very helpful and available for assistance all the time. I recommend, this one bedroom garden apartment for a couple or a single person who doesn’t mind commuting for 25 to 30 minutes into the city centre . Also, there are a plenty of eateries and shops in the neighbourhood area.

Great h oliday im Rome!

Pros: Отличные апартаменты и очень приятный и дружелюбный хозяин Luca !. Понравилось всё - квартира современная, есть всё необходимое. Кровать и матрас комфортные, чистые полотенца, В квартире достаточно тепло. В стоимость входит завтрак в местном кафе. Круассан, кофе, сок - это очень приятно! Рядом есть местный продуктовый рынок - покупали овощи, фрукты, сыры и пр. Остановки в центр Рима и Ватикан рядом. Всё очень удобно. В хорошую погоду до Ватикана можно и прогуляться через парк и хороший жилой район - около 50минут. Luca всегда на связи в Ватсап. Он согласился нас встретить их аэропорта ночью за нормальную цену. Обратно тоже организовал авто. Luca, grazie mille per il caloroso benvenuto.! We have a great holiday in Rome.
