Great place to stay right next to Termini station, would definitely stay again!

Pros: Very good location right next to Termini station. We also really enjoyed our olive oil tasting experience offered for free via BZAR Hotels experience. Spacious room for family of four, thank you! Thank you for also storing our luggage prior to check-in.

Compact room, comfy bed, good shower

Pros: The room was very modern and stylish. The bed was comfy the shower was good too.

Cons: The annex is a few mins walk from the main hotel and has a lift to access. The aircon outside is quite loud.

Convenient and comfortable stay

Pros: It was so convenient. It was across the road from the station and it had everything we needed close by. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. The rooms were better than I was expecting and they were very comfortable. We needed two rooms with our family and we were placed next door which was great (we didn’t even have to ask). The lift was fantastic with all our luggage. We had a great stay for one night in transit.

Cons: The soundproofing is poor, you can easily hear noise from nearby rooms and outside.

Mum and Teens.

Pros: Staff were amazing, room was spacious and comfortable. The staff really make it what it is. Breakfast was food too.

Cons: No tea making facilities in room, previous reviews said to ask reception for a kettle. It was in fact a teapot with hot water, not a kettle. I was given a tea bag, no milk and coffee is only available in the mornings. We had a family room with 3 beds. The bathroom floor was tiled and heated. There was only shampoo and hand-wash provided so you'll need to bring tour own toiletries. Overall a great stay.
