Pros: Spacious and clean appartment. Also parking was convenient and communication was smooth in English.

Cons: Unfortunately we had a bad luck that the metro C which was the closest was completely closed so the travel into center was time consuming.

Pros: Great apartment! Excellent neighbourhood, not touristy, with a good variety of restaurants eg. Ethiopian, Chinese, Indian and of course Italian!. Loved having a bakery on the ground floor of the building!

Pros: Spacious, clean apartment in the condition shown in the photos. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in about 1 hour by public transport, and the tram stops for lines 5 and 14 are 2 minutes away. There is a very good bakery at the bottom of the building, where the pistachio croissant is very delicious.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a microwave and a capsule coffee machine in the kitchen (there is a drip coffee maker, but there was no ground coffee for it)). Only one of the rooms has air conditioning.

I would like to have more kitchen utensils and upgrade the dishes.

Pros: The possibility to park the car in a closed courtyard and the convenient location make this apartment a good option for visiting Rome.

Perfect location

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to metro station Teano. As a family with three kids (4,6,8) we could have long days in the centre of Roma. And because we travel by car, we were very happy to park our car for a few days next to the appartment. We would definitely go back again.

Cons: We cooked in the appartment and there were enough pots and pans. But we were missing supplies to do the dishes like a drain plug, dishwashing brush and sponge. A bread knife and bread board would also be a nice addition to the kitchen utensils. But these are all just little details.

It added up to my great experience in Rome

Pros: Everything, the location was great, in a big area full of shops, supermarkets, bakeries. The bus and tram stations were right below the apartament and the metro station was 7 min walk away. I particularly enjoyed that it was not loud and not too far from the city (~25 min tram ride) The apartment was great, very spacious, furnished, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi connection, TV, hot water never runs out, well equipped kitchen area and bathroom, it’s very clean and safe. The host, David, is great, he is welcoming, answers very fast and is always willing to help.

Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet and comfortable area near the metro. The owner of the apartment is always in touch and helps with any questions.

Pros: Ottima posizione vicino alla linea C della metropolitana, negozi, tram per Termini e autobus facilmente raggiungibili.

Pros: La possibilità di parcheggiare e la vicinanza alla metro

Cons: Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di esser rimodernato

Ottimo appartamentino in zona Prenestina

Pros: Se avete intenzione di soggiornare a Roma in automobile questa è la soluzione perfetta. L' appartamento infatti dispone di un parcheggio interno al condominio! Vicinissimo ci sono poi tutti i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere facilmente il resto della città. La zona è tranquilla e di notte non si sente un rumore. L'appartamento è un bilocale al primo piano con ascensore, cucina e bagno sono piccolini ma comodi, la camera grande, anche il salotto dove poi c'è l' altro letto matrimoniale. Molto comodo avere la TV e l' aria condizionata in entrambi gli ambienti.

Cons: Consiglierei di mettere un paio di comodini e lampade anche per il letto matrimoniale in soggiorno. Come già scritto in altre recensioni la cucina non è molto attrezzata.
