Large apartment with a lot of space to accomodate 5 people

Pros: Large apartment with a lot of space to accomodate 5 people. Located in a nice and quiet area. Owner is proactive and responsive to any request.

Cons: The kitchen has pretty basic furniture. You might need 50 mins to reach city center by public transport.

Good value for this price

Pros: The apartment is quite spacious and really comfortable for a group of 4-5 people. There are a few nice restaurants nearby with good prices. The host is quick to answer any questions. Besides some noisy neighbours, it’s generally quiet at night.

Cons: There was some rather strange smell in the kitchen, maybe it was coming from the chimney, I don’t know. The location is not the best but there’s a bus stop nearby and the metro line C is also close.

Great Quality-Price Ratio. Very good location.

Pros: It's not on the center of Rome, but it's very well connected, so the location is definitely one of the best assets. Excellent quality-price ratio. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, with some nice pizzerias and ice cream stores around.

Cons: The only negative aspect was that check in was too early (10AM).

Pros: Jessica is very humble and nice person. She is very helpful. The apartment was neat and clean. Big apartment. We felt like our own home. The apartment has All facilities . Center is very close to the apartment. Good communications. And there are parking lots nearby where we could park our car easily.

Pros: 地铁🚇 绿线 C线 Teano 步行10分钟 FCO机场有专线到市区，再转地铁B到Termini 门口有5/14号电车🚃 到Termini火车站🚉 出门右转，有一家T标志，可以买公交票，1.5€次票100分钟，有效期很长乘坐有轨电车到Termini换乘地铁A线，到梵蒂冈出大门左转，有一家上海餐厅，有虾仁🍤炒粉/炒面，包子，炒菜，价格不贵走2分钟，有一家便宜水果店，品种丰富走5分钟，有一家迷你家乐福超市，有面包🍞蔬菜🥬 主人回复及时，可以远程遥控开大门🚪 主人很贴心，门口配备了雨伞🌂 卧室配备了手机充电插头🔌 我们不小心折断一个毛巾杆，主人说没关系，也不用赔钱💰

Cons: 注意：出电梯的时候，要把两道门都关好，否则电梯停着。

Супер апартаменты, просторные и хорошее месторасположение. Хозяйка супер

Pros: Очень хорошее расположение - 7минут до зеленой ветки метро, 4 остановки до центра, или 3 км пешком. Рядом с метро есть супермаркет с адекватными ценами. По пути к нему - рыбная лавка со сведими морепродуктами. Рядом с домом - вкусная недорогая пицерия. Сама хозяйка - чудесная, приветливая и идет на встречу в поделаниях. В апартаментах есть достаточно постельных принадлежностей, полотенца, фен, утюг, тв, хороший вайфай, вся необзодимая для готовки посуда, микроволновка, кофеварка, кофе, соль, сахар, масло и др. Мы прилетели поздно, магазины не работали и бутылка воды от хозяйки для нас была отличным подарком!

Cons: В апреле холодновато. Отопление уже отключили, в апартаментах с утра может быть холодно. Обязательно берите тапочки, пол холодный.

Позаботились об утренним кофе для гостей. Порекомендовали супермаркет. Спасибо, все было прекрасно.

Pros: Квартира очень чистая, укомплектована всем необходимым, достаточно места для 5 человек. Управляющая квартирой Джесика, быстро отвечала на вопросы, которые возникали при въезде в квартиру (где утюг, фен и т.д.). Спасибо, все было прекрасно.
