Wonderful stay

Pros: Nice and clean apartment, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: Location - pretty far away from the city centre but bus/tram/metro stations are accessible nearby. Poor soundproofing in a pretty noisy neighborhood - we were not affected by this as we were very tired and we had a good sleep anyway but sensitive people should take this into consideration.

Pros: Perfect place to stay! Cozy, new, clean, with an air conditioner and everything you would need. A huge thanks for your hospitality! :)

Pros: The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and has all the necessities needed. The even left some treats, spices, oil, shower prodict which i found very thoughtful from hos part. The bed is mazing and very confortable even if it is a sofa bed. All in all i really liled my stay there.

Cons: Even of the train, bus and tram station are on a walking distance from the apartment sometimes it takes too long to get to the city centre an hoir or more and this is the only thing that i didn't really like about mu stay other than that everything was perfect

Pros: Bellissima accoglienza, tutto ben pulito e organizzato. La vicinanza alla nuova metro C pemette di raggiungere il centro di Roma in tempi relativamente brevi (la stazione del Colosseo è dopo appena cinque fermate)

Cons: L'acqua si riscalda con uno scaldabagno e bisogna fare un po' in velocità se si fa la doccia uno dopo l'altro, se si è in due, perché fa presto ad esaurirsi

Wohnung top, liegt jedoch sehr außerhalb.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet (Kaffee, Tee, kaltes Wasser im Kühlschrank, Pflaster, Föhn - der Gastgeber hat an alles gedacht 👍🏻)

Cons: Die Wohnung liegt etwas weiter außerhalb als wir angenommen haben. Tagsüber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar, aber am Wochenende nach einem Konzert hatten wir Schwierigkeiten zurück zu kommen.

Pros: Appartement bien équipé , le propriétaire très sympas également

Cons: Ballon d'eau très petit donc eau chaude de courte durée

Semmai dovessi tornare a Roma, contatterò di nuovo la proprietaria per l'appartamento.

Pros: La proprietaria è gentilissima e mi ha fatto trovare di tutto: snack, confezioni di caffè e latte, prodotti per la pulizia, coperte aggiuntive nel caso in cui (ed è successo) arrivasse un freddo non previsto per alcune sere, prodotti per l'igiene (persino i cerotti e il dentifricio) e addirittura una confezione di pasta e una di salsa! Il locale ha la TV con la firestick e il collegamento a internet è di rete fissa, non è la classica saponetta da quattro soldi con scheda 4G che ti fanno trovare villantando che il locale abbia la possibilità di accedere alla rete! Ah, la doccia è enorme. La posizione è buona, in zona è pieno di locali dove andare a mangiare e di supermercati. Camminando un po' c'è pure la metropolitana che ti porta in tutte le zone di Roma.

Cons: le pareti sono un po' sottili e i vicini molto rumorosi fino a tarda notte. Purtroppo è così ovunque, non so se ci si possa fare qualcosa.
