Pros: Location was excellent for what we needed for a one night stay before heading back home after five weeks in Italy. The Lady who let us into the apartment was Lovely.

Buona esperienza, pulizia da migliorare, zona tra le migliori di Roma.

Pros: La struttura è molto grande, ben organizzata, con due bagni, una piccola cucina e due balconi. La posizione è ottima, in una zona ben fornita di tutti i negozi necessari e con fermate di autobus e del tram a pochi minuti a piedi. Il gestore è stato gentile, disponibile e davvero molto professionale.

Cons: Le uniche pecche della struttura sono state la pulizia e i letti. Superficialmente era tutto ok, sanitari, lavandino, mobili. Tuttavia, per terra, nella doccia, nei letti abbiamo trovato molti capelli e peli (in tutte le stanze della casa). Inoltre i letti e i cuscini erano davvero scomodi e non c’erano lenzuola ma solo coperte (cosa non molto igienica se quelle coperte non vengono lavate ad ogni check out).

Pros: Casa confortevole, i letti erano comodi e la casa calda. In cucina presente il caffe per fare la moka. Oltre la colazione non abbiamo mai utilizzato la cucina per altro ma c'era tutto l'occorrente per poter pranzare o cenare. Frigo capiente. Presenti due bagni quindi potenzialmente in casa ci si può stare in diverse persone, noi eravamo 4 adulti e 3 bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Molto vicina alla zona San Lorenza molto viva la sera. Bel collegata coi bus ma se serve la metro basta camminare per circa 15/20 minuti. La chiave del portone faceva difetto ma è presente la possibilità di entrare tramite codice (solo portone).
