Trastevere Lenci House

Pros: This was a lovely nest in the roof for my solo stay with everything I needed. With a short walk to busses, and the bus-tram service as well as a train station, it was really easy to get around. The square at the bottom of the building came alive on the weekend and there is a coffee shop at the door. Monica was welcoming, helpful & accommodating. A great stay!

Cons: Shower cubicles can be a bit of a squeeze for tall people

Pros: Great location. Supermarket next door. Trams and buses virtually around the corner. Trams best way, no8 straight to centre of Rome, 15mins.. Train station easy 10min walk . A few restaurants and cafes nearby. Apartment has plenty space. Nice outdoor verandah. Air conditioning. Comfy bed , spacious bathroom. Shower, as in most places in Europe on tbe smaller side. The building itself, entrance area very secure and nice inside. Very quite apartment. Lift up to level 8 then 1 easy wide flight of stairs to level 9. Kitchen fully equipped and host left us some welcome items, jams, tea , coffee bottled water, though water safe to drink . Host super responsive and meets u at the apartment itself, to show u around and how things work. Very polite, friendly.

Cons: Only issue was water pressure and hot water. We notified the host and she having it looked at by a plumber. Dishwasher out of order which the host told us during check in , though no issue for us as a couple These issues at time of me writing this 25-9-25

Brilliant. It was great to walk all day and come back to our lovely room

Pros: The property was very cozy and perfect for a few days in Rome. Very clean and an amazing view over Rome

Pros: la terrasse est top pas de moustique contrairement à des personnes rencontrées qui avaient loué près du tibre magasin d alimentation au pied de l immeuble la propriétaire est de très bon conseil au niveau restaurants etc.... un grand merci pour ce formidable séjour

Pros: Sehr angenehmes Appartement mit kleiner Dachterrasse. Die Umgebung ist nicht touristisch. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Geschäfte und Café Bar direkt beim Haus. Sehr unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

Cons: Viele Busse zu den Attraktionen, aber man muss halt immer 30 min fahren. Das muß man einkalkulieren.

Krásný pobyt v zajímavé římské čtvrti Trastevere, bezproblémové stravování a rychlá obsluha.

Pros: Užasná lokalita, dobré MHD spojení s centrem + vlakové nádraží.

Cons: Nemám, co bych napsal.

Pros: La terrasse, le calme la proximité des restaurants et des transports et l'accueil de notre hôte

Ottimo soggiorno a Trastevere

Pros: Appartamento molto confortevole, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Proprietaria davvero molto gentile e soprattutto disponile. Zona super fornita con bar, ristoranti e supermercati.

Cons: Nulla.

Pros: The hosts were lovely and communicative and were able to help me with questions about the room, and the city which was lovely. The apartment is beautiful and perfect for a couple or solo traveling. I was in Rome in July, so to have a working AC unit was very lovely.

Cons: Everything exceeded my expectations

Tosi mukava asunto tosi hyvällä sijainnilla.

Pros: Asunto on rauhallinen, hyvässä kunnossa ja erittäin siisti. Sijainti on loistava. Samassa talossa on pieni supermarket ja ihan vieressä tien toisella puolella on isompi supermarket, mistä löytyy laaja valikoima kaikkea. Alakerrassa ja lähistöllä on kahviloita. Raitiovaunut 3 ja 8 menevät ihan vierestä ja Trasteveren juna-asemalta kävelee nopeasti asunnolle. Omistaja on tavoitettavissa whatsappilla aina samantien ja saimme paljon hyviä suosituksia omiin tarpeisiin. Tulemme ehdottomasti tänne uudestaan.
