Colonna Luxury Apartment

We had a fabulous stay in a a great property. Good location but not central.

Pros: It felt like a luxury apartment in a great location.

Cons: No lamp in living area. .

Pleasant stay.

Pros: The apartment is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent, public transport is very close, and there are many attractions nearby. The host is kind and helpful.

Cons: The windows in the apartment definitely need to be replaced, as it can get quite noisy; it feels as if the windows are not fully closed. This is the only downside of the apartment. It would also be good to add a few more coffee pods. 🫣🙂

Christmas in Rome

Pros: The apartment is comfortable, very clean and warm. Our host was very kind and gave us directions for food and attractions which were very helpful. We had a great time over Christmas and we highly recommend it.

Pros: Nice large 2 bedroom apartment, great location close to amenities/ attractions/ restaurants and public transport.

Cons: There is a flight of stairs to the lift if you have heavy luggage.

Excellent property in a great location

Pros: No breakfast provided but the property was very close to local cafes and supermarkets so it was easy to feed ourselves with the facilities provided

Pros: Very clean, new, spacious and well decorated apartment next to restaurants and coffee shops. It is equipped with everything. The host is very kind and helpful person who has done a wonderful job.

Cons: Small elevator with only two persons capacity.

Great stay – clean, cozy, and secure

Pros: The apartment is, above all, impeccably clean. The heating works perfectly. The water heater is a tankless system, so we always had enough hot water. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. If girls are staying alone, they don’t need to worry about safety. The building has two locked doors before reaching the apartment, and it’s covered by security cameras. The owner is very accommodating and a true gentleman.

Cons: The only downside is that the elevator stops between floors, so if you’re with a baby, luggage, or similar, there are a few stairs to climb to reach the elevator.

Our stay at Colonna Luxury Apartments made our visit to Rome so memorable and comfortable. experience.

Pros: Location is excellent! Pleasantly surprised to find such a modern apartment with all amenities in a lovely 18th Century building in the middle of Rome. Host Franco was more than helpful; he cheerfully went above our expectations and was easy to contact and communicate with. The apartment was very spacious with 2 generous bedrooms. Everything was spotless including the kitchen. We will stay here again if we visit Rome again
