Pros: It was in a great location. The shower was good, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast cafe was very friendly, and coffee and pastry lovely. It was also quiet and felt safe and secure.

Cons: Not much of a view from window. Collection of tourist tax was communicated late and required someone to enter the room.

Pros: Location not far from Vatican. Easy and friendly communication to enter appartment. Marco is very helpful with any question you might have. Amazing bed and rain shower ..good airco and high end washing machine.

Cons: It did not bother me but if you want absolute silence just know that there is a road next to the appartment which is a small one that runs through the area that has some noise.

Clean and modern, and walkable to all the sights

Pros: Facilities were good and the apartment was very clean. Great bathroom with shower. Marco, the owner was very responsive on any queries. We were supposed to get breakfast included from a local cafe but it was shut the whole 3 days we were there. I contacted Marco who immediately assured me he would issue a refund for all the breakfasts.

Cons: The mattress was memory foam so it seems to have moulded to a lot of people’s shapes and felt saggy in places. Also the room was quite small for the size of the beds and the full length mirror was difficult to access due to its position.

Pros: Comfortable beds, decent size, good shower, the included breakfast is at a nice nearby cafe.

Cons: Hard to regulate the AC. Seems to go at the same level no matter what temperature you set it to.

Recommended for a short trip

Pros: Room was good, a bit small for three people but for a short time it’s ok. The owner was very friendly and kind and he let us early check in. You can walk almost everywhere from the room.

Pros: The location was great close to bus stops and metro station. Coffee shops,supermarkets. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons: It was little to noise from the boulevard,but that’s because of the location.
