Fantastic B&B with amazing hosts.

Pros: This is a lovely B&B located in a quiet neighbourhood next to the river. The Lepanto Metro stop is a few minutes walk away and there are nice restaurants and takeaways nearby (we recommend Mivá) Gordon was a fantastic host and made our stay perfect. He even made us a packed breakfast on our last day, as we had an early train to Napoli! We will definitely stay here if we visit again.

Pros: We wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay at your apartment. Your peaceful location was perfect - close enough to walk to numerous sights and attractions, yet wonderfully serene. Your genuine kindness and hospitality made our visit truly special. We also loved the tasteful breakfasts you prepared each morning—they were delicious and beautifully presented (croissants rock!). Thank you for creating such a special experience. We hope to visit you again sometime in the future.

Fantastic stay ! memories forever.

Pros: Breakfast was good and always on time. The owner lady and chef both were very welcoming. The property was neat and clean. The only issue was small size bathroom but not a major issue.

Cons: No such thing we didn't like. Absolute pleasure spending time there

Excellent in everyway

Pros: Gordon was so accomodating let us drop off our bags and gave us a key before check in ( we had to drop off the rental car so it was good to be able to get rid of our luggage beforehand) . We also had some early trips planned so Gordon made us a packed breakfast to take with us.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location is amazing with a metro stop right next door and a walkable distance till the sights. Also, the area is quiet and seems safe. Communication with the hosts was easy and very efficient, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast was really good. I had to leave early in the morning, so Gordon prepared a takeaway breakfast in the evening.

Pros: It's a small place, but cosy and stylish, nice fragrance in the common area, coffee and tea are available, very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast is served in a room. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant.

Pros: The property is very clean, great location. Very good attitude of the staff, quick communication. As soon as I decide to return to Rome, I will definitely stop here again.

Pros: Comfortable bed, smart TV, great location, window blinds, relaxation area with free coffee, tea, sweats, water.

Cons: The employee that prepares the breakfast each morning is being very load, making all kinds of noises starting at 6-7AM, making it difficult to sleep after he starts. It would be great if he respected the guests more by trying to be a bit more quiet :)
