Pros: * owner is very nice person, he guides me through whole apartment and give me even the local advices and reply to every text within the minutes * apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need, so you feel like at home * location is very central, buses around the corner 5 min walk to A line metro, 20 min Colloseum on foot etc.

Cons: * its extremely wet in the flat, because its situated partially under the ground level

Walking an average of 22,000 steps a day in Rome was very enjoyable.

Pros: As the name suggests, it was nice to stay in a small studio that had everything you need. The area and the building where the studio is located are extremely safe, and the host has developed a reliable door and lock system, which I appreciated. he host Giampiero's warm welcome, briefing us about the house, and staying in constant communication were commendable. Rome is quite a problematic city in terms of traffic. Being close to the metro station is especially important; you can reach it in a 10-12 minute walk. There are bus stops even closer, but we never used them.

Cons: The studio is in the garden of a building, with part of it below ground level. If you’re overly sensitive to humidity, you might not like it, but since we mostly came back just to sleep, it didn’t bother us much.

Big room in Rome

Pros: You can easily walk to the historic center and see some landmarks from this apartment. There is also a bus station nearby. It has a nice courtyard .The room is big and has a mini kitchen with hot plate and microwave as well as a small fridge.

Cons: It feels like rhe space was intended as an office or shop but was converted into living quarters. The front doors are tinted glass framed doors usually found in store fronts.

Cons: Bathroom was a bit small but very clean

Fun New Year's Eve romantic trip!

Pros: The host was very helpful and friendly. We arrived outside the check-in time because our flight was a bit delayed, but we met up without a problem. The location is really nice, with the metro only a 10-minute walk away and many cute cafes, restaurants, and shops around. Price-wise, it was the only thing I could find in this range for the location. Everything seemed clean, especially the bathroom and bed which I appreciate.

Cons: There was a lot of humidity... Every morning, the windows would be wet, because it's not really inside a building but connects directly to the garden - like a garage, maybe? Or storage. We didn't mind that a lot, but I can see it being frustrating. The towels were also a bit too light and always wet due to the humidity, so I'd suggest bringing some.

Excelente estancia en la ciudad!

Pros: El anfitrión, Giampiero, fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente durante toda la estancia por si necesitábamos algo. La comunicación fue excelente en todo momento. Su esposa también fue muy amable al recoger las llaves. El alojamiento está muy completo, tiene todo lo que necesitás para pasar unos días en Roma; es amplio, la cama cómoda, muy funcional. La ubicación me resultó muy práctica, no fue difícil llegar a todos los puntos turísticos de la ciudad.

Cons: Nos tocaron algunos días muy lluviosos y se acumulaba el olor a humedad en el departamento; siempre al llegar tratábamos de ventilar un poco (si no estaba lloviendo). El baño es pequeño pero funcional.

Boa estadia!

Pros: A região era bastante seguro e a acomodação tinha o básico para suprir as necessidades minha e da minha amiga. O Anfitrião é muito atencioso e solicito, estava lá no horário marcado para entregar as chaves, nos deus dicas do local e sempre disponível para contato.

Cons: A parte elétrica da casa não deixa você utilizar dois equipamentos de alto consumo ao mesmo tempo, como fogão e tomar banho ao mesmo tempo não é permitido. Entretanto, não acredito que isso interfira na experiencia. A acomodação tem bom custo beneficio.

Pros: Logement idéalement situé pour visiter Rome, bien équipé, en retrait des routes donc pas de bruit la nuit.

Ausreichend, für einen Wochenende perfekt, gute Preis-Leistung

Pros: Netter Gastgeber. Alles was man braucht war da und super Preis-Leistung. Die Lage war super. Idyllisch italienisch, viele kleine Dinge in der Nähe und schnell mit dem Bus zum Colosseum. Kühlschrank ist super für gekühlte Getränke.

Cons: Die Küche ist sehr minimalistisch, so dass man kaum etwas echtes kochen kann. Insgesamt alles kein Luxus, aber ausreichend für ein paar Nächte.
