Comfortable Home away from home !!
Pros: The location of the apartment was excellent , close to bus stops( 5-6 mins) which were on the mainline for majority tourist attractions. The rooms Were spacious, very comfortable beds ,good AC, big clean bathroom and well equipped kitchen with coffee machine. The neighbourhood was safe with friendly people. Next door was a pizza place with very good pizza and other fresh breakfast items, a supermarket, a ice cream shop and very good collection of restaurants a stone throw away. A 10 min walk to metro station on orange line took us to majority of tourist attractions including Vatican. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. There was no washing machine but there was a launderette right opposite with quick day service. Our Noemi Pallino was one text away and answered promptly to all our queries. Would highly recommend this place
Cons: Not much but freezer could work better if defrosted.

Cons: In regard of the apartment itself, everything was as advertised Do take to consideration that it is not in the heart of the tourist area of Rome

Spacious and clean appartment close to the historic center of Rome.
Pros: The appartment was clean and spacious. Simple and direct communication with the host through whats app messaging. Access to the building done with remote access from the host and access to appartment very easy with a key box. The appartment is 10 min walk from the metro and 3 stations from Colosseo.
Cons: The street is very noisy with lots of road traffic even with double-glazed windows (hard to sleep the first night). The automatic lighting with motion detector in the appartment hall is more disturbing than useful from my perspective.

Pros: the shops are just around the corner. the metro station is very close as well, so travelling is so handy. Sabrina is so friendly and accommodating.
Cons: boiling kettle will be helpful for those who wants a traditional coffee☺️ but, overall, our stay in your apartment is perfect.

Family holiday in Rome
Pros: Location is fantastic. Comfortable apartment. Great food places nearby. Close to supermarket and train station. Riccardo was so accommodating. We arrived late and he waited patiently for us. We will definitely stay again when we visit Rome.
Cons: Aircon only works in one room so was a bit hot in bedroom and we couldn't close shutters so was very bright early in morning but not a big deal as we wanted to be up early.

Great location. It needs a little upgrade.
Pros: The location of the apartment is very good. Near the bus and metro station. Next to the apartment you have a really good coffee place, gelato place, shop and pharmacy.
Cons: The apartment wasn't really clean. And especially I didn't like that there was no duvet cover, only a sheet. I think this is common in Italy since I have experienced it also in hotels. But for me, this is really not sanitary, and it made sleeping uncomfortable.

Pros: Sehr gross und alles vorhanden inkl. Mülltrennung. Sauber und Praktisch. Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, dahin führt auch eine kleine Fahrstuhl. Supermarkt und Cafe direkt am Haus. 2 Metro Stationen ca. 10min entfernt.
Cons: Nur eine Sache. Beachtrn: Dusche ist sehr klein obwohl grosses Badezimmer vorhanden ist. Für leute mit etwas Bauch ist der einstieg sehr schwer bis unmöglich, weil die Tür sehr eng ist.

Pros: everything was just great, we enjoyed our stay. The size of the apartment was big and everything was perfect. The Host (L) easy to communicate with and very kind and helpful. if you are coming to rome with your family this is the right choice. location is great ( for me) many shops in street
Cons: nothing. only if you have a car its hard to find aparking in the public street but there is a parking building nearby so its not a big issue
