Clean apartment in an ideal location
Pros: Comfortable and very clean apartment, in a great location near the Colosseum and well connected by metro and buses. Good quality linens and very comfortable beds. Everything matched the description. Clear communication with the host and smooth check-in. Recommended for staying in a central area of Rome.

Its safe location and many amenities helped us make the most of our trip
Pros: The house was within walking distance to the metro, several great cafes, markets and restaurants. The host was very attentive, respectful and quick to respond. The house was clean and its location made us feel safe.
Cons: The heating was controlled by the condominium so the house was colder than I expected. Nevertheless, there were two ACs that kept us warm.

A fantastic experience
Pros: The house was spotless and meticulously maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The location is excellent: very close to the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around, and within walking distance of the main attractions in the city center. Perfect for exploring Rome without any hassle. The host was extremely kind, always available, and ready to help with any request. The bed linens and towels were immaculate, fresh, and super clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect rest after a busy day. Plus, the super-fast Wi-Fi was fantastic

Pros: Great location, near metro station Re di Roma, about 5 min.It is located in an elegant and safe part of Rome. Very easy to find, easy to chek in/out. Marco is a great host. The apartment is beautiful and spacious.,There is a beautiful garden in front. We will definitely come again!

Spacious, clean apartment in a quiet area and close to the Metro
Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful. He replied almost immediately to questions asked and always tried to help and provide more information. The check in instructions and video were very clear and we checked in without any issues. The apartment is in a quiet area, approx 8 minutes to the Re di Roma metro station, from where you can catch the Metro A to Termini, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Vatican, etc. If you change at Termini and catch Metro B, it stops at the Colosseo, Circus Maximus. etc., so although the apartment is not close to the Centro Storico (it's 30 minutes walk to the Colosseo), the metro compensates for this. The apartment is one floor up and there is a lift. It's quite spacious and very clean. Quality of WiFi service was good too.
Cons: Mostly, all was well, so I don't have much to say, but if I had to make one comment, it would be about the thickness of the walls. We were out for most of the day, everyday, so we weren't at the apartment all day till around 9pm. However, on one particular day, we returned early in the afternoon to rest as we were going to a concert in the evening. While we were resting, it was possible to hear a vacumn cleaner and conversations in the next door apartment, meaning the walls are thin. On one evening, we could also hear the TV very clearly. However, these are normal household sounds and after 10-11pm it was quiet. If you are out for most of the day, like us, returning after 9pm, then you probably won't notice anything.

It was great, for my next visit to Rome i will choose this flat again
Pros: First of all, great localization (we lived in this district in 2013 and we had chosen it again, why not). The friendly host was quick to respond to questions. The flat has everything you need, from hairdryer and towels to air conditioning and espresso machine. Flat is spacious, located in an atmospheric old building, we like it very much. Highly recommended!
Cons: Everything was ok, personally i would like to have an iron to tidy my clothes after a flight, but it's not a big problem
