Lovely apartment, very enjoyable stay.
Pros: The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, the beds are great and the kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything you need to make your meals (including breakfast). The location is very good, with bus stops and metro station within a very easy and walkable distance, and not very far from the city center. We were welcomed at the apartment by Umberto, the host, who was very nice and accessible. We were gifted a bottle of wine and he left us some sheets with a lot of useful information about the apartment and the surrounding area (atractions, restaurants, transports, etc). It was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay there again, given the opportunity.
Cons: No bad notes.

Clean, comfortable, recommended
Pros: The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. All the necessary amenities were provided. The location was convenient, the environment was quiet, and the service was very attentive and friendly. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Pros: Very nice, clean, and perfectly located apartment. Umberto is a very hospitable and kind host. The metro and bus stops are just around the corner, which is very convenient. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed linens. Highly recommended!

A lovely Roman apartment, comfortable and convenient, with a helpful and responsive host.
Pros: My Enchanting Roman Holiday is a beautiful, spacious apartment conveniently situated for the Metro into the heart of Rome. Umberto is a responsive, friendly and helpful host. The stay was comfortable and delightful!

Very clean and well managed apartment in a great location.
Pros: Very responsive host. Apartment was very clean and in a great location. Very easy to get into the city by metro, bus or taxi. Plenty of places to eat or grab a coffee nearby. Would definitely stay there again
Cons: Very minor, but could be good to have a place to charge by usb. Again

One of the best I had:)
Pros: Wonderful host:) The apartament was superb:) The kitchen was well equipped. Everything needed was there. The apartament has a washing machine, what is an advantage. The beds were really comfy. We could get plenty of rest. The flat is quiet so you won't hear neighbours. It is also placed near bus and subway station, so it's really convenient to get everywhere yo want. There are 3 bigger shops within the walking distance, so we could buy everything we wanted. Umberto was waiting for us, even though we were late because we missed our bus. He showed us around and gave some useful tips regarding visiting Rome. HE WAS AMAZING:))
Cons: Nothing.

Flat was beyond our expectation. It was clean and had big rooms and comfortable and clean beds.
Pros: Location was excellent, easy access to metro stations. you can use A line to go to main attraction. Mr Umberto was were helpful and supportive if you needed anything. I would like to stay in this flat in the future if i travel to Rome again. You have everything you need in flat, even umbrella ;)
Cons: there is nothing that we did not like. everything was excellent in accommodation. quite street, shops around etc.

If you are going to Rome with larger group/family,definitelly a great choice!
Pros: Really appreciate the communication with the owner.Not far from metro and grocery store. A lot of space for the whole family. Would definitelly come back.Thank you.

Quite, big and clean
Pros: Clean, quite, a lot of space, a washing mashine, the Carrefoure supermarket around the corner, a metro station in walking distance.
Cons: Didn't find a good pizza place :)

Pros: A spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Our family of 4 felt it provided all the privacy we needed. Bonus for Italy was that there was a washing machine. Kitchen was well equipped and included basic pantry items. Transport options all within 500m max walk (we uses both the metro and bus, very easy). Host was there to greet us, show us the facilities, give us tips about transport, supermarkets, restaurants etc. He couldn't have been more helpful. Air-conditioning in every bedroom, a must for the 39 degree days we had. Apartment was on 1st floor and there was a lift if needed.
Cons: The air-conditioning was noisy at night, but earplugs were provided.
