We were impressed and it met our expectations as well.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Apartment looks the same as on the photos. Everything is clear and well maintained. It is located pretty close to Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano (7-10 minutes to walk) and also to Colosseo.

Pros: Our wonderful trip was made even better by Marco’s apartment. The apartment is in a great location — we used only public transportation to reach any part of the city we wanted. This charming apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a very cozy bed, plenty of closet space, and excellent lighting. Marco is also a very responsible host who did everything to make our trip perfetto. He was always available and ready to help if needed. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Camera comoda ed accogliente con ampio armadio, bagno privato, stoviglie e piatti, un piccolo frigo, televisione e letto matrimoniale. La zona è molto carina e ci sono numerosi bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Inoltre, l'area è collegata facilmente con la linea Metro A che ti porta nei luoghi principali della città (Termini, Barberini, Flaminio, Ottaviano ecc.). Non ho avuto particolari problemi durante il mio soggiorno, ma comunque il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza.

Locație bună...zgomot deranjant

Pros: O cameră la demisol,frumos aranjată,dotată cu chicinetă: seturi de îngrijire personală pt clienți. Proprietarul este foarte de treabă(nota 10).Ne-a făcut și o surpriză.Magazine în apropiere,metrou în apropiere.

Cons: Geamul are o gură de aerisire ce aduce mult zgomot în cameră. Ar trebui să fie dopuri de urechi în locație. Zgomotul de afară este chiar o problemă. Fără dopuri...ați pus-o !!!

Pros: L' appartamento é piccolino ma tanto di cappello per come é stato sistemato perottimizzare gli spazi e renderlo confortevolissimo. Pulizia top Posizione eccellente per raggiungere i mezzi o addirittura camminare fino al centro

Cons: Non molto luminoso e difficile da arieggiare con una sola finestra e il bagno cieco non é possibile creare corrente. A Roma tuttavia un turista non ci va per stare in casa a leggere un libro. I rumori della strada erano un po' forti.
