great apartment to stay in Rome

Pros: It's an absolutely great apartment which offered everything we needed. The big terrace is amazing und there where several busses to reach the city center. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We highly recommend the place and would always stay there again

Cons: Only downpoint was that there was a heavy smell from the pipes in the bathroom. We left the window open so it was okay

Perfect location with great views

Pros: Loved the huuuge balcony and the views Neighbourhood was perfect- very close to subway, 30min walk to Colosseum, lots of quality dining options around Appreciated the size of apartment and lived to have breakfast on the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped and small supermarket was just next door

Good place to stay if you go to Rome for a few days.

Pros: The view and the patio. Great location. Public transport links close to city. Good communication with the owner .

Cons: No air con in the second bedroom. Shower in the bathroom was a bit small

Pros: I had a lovely stay at this apartment in Rome! Everything was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed. The highlight was definitely the terrace — perfect for enjoying the sunset after a day of exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Pros: Excellent location with a wonderful view. Metro station is a 10-minute walk away. Grocery store and restaurant just around the corner. Beautifully furnished apartment with absolutely everything you need. Very clean apartment. Amazing terrace. Easy and straightforward check-in. Well-functioning air conditioning. I definately suggest this for everybody and will be back for sure.

Pros: Peeeeeeerfect apartmant! The terrace is so lovely and spacious. Apartmant has a lot of space, it was clean and had everything needed. Maurizio was super nice and helpfull, check in was fast and spot on! Location is near beautiful Basilicas and we found the best pizzeria in neighbourhood, having dinner there each night. We easily walked from the apartmant to any sightseeing but it is near metro and bus stations. We absolutely loved the location, apartmant and whole stay was fantastic. Enjoyed perfect sunset views from terrace! We will definitely come back again and we recommend it! 🥰

Pros: Good location, not far from a metro station although it is a good 10 minute walk. The apartment was clean and well stocked - the host was very kind and provided us with a few breakfast treats on arrival. Our kettle did not work so the host sent a new one to us within a few hours, which was great. Beds were comfortable and there was a nice balcony.

Cons: The bathroom had a strange smell at first, however we kept the window and door open all the time and this fixed the issue. The lift sometimes took a while to get to our floor (we are on 9th floor).

Highly recommended

Pros: Great accommodation, good sized apartment with nice roof top garden. Enough space for a family of 4 as has 2 bedrooms and a double sofabed. Good location with lots of public transportation, and about 30 mins walk into the historic centre. Has all the facilities you might need.

We had grat time in Rome

Pros: Everything was great. The place was very cleaned and had amazing view.Location was good, close to underground . The owner was very helpfull . I highly recomended this place .

Casa bellissima e accogliente e proprietario gentilissimo

Pros: Casa bellissima, mi sono appoggiata qui nel mentre che ritrutturavano casa mia sempre in zona,me ne sono innamorata tant è che ho deciso di pitturare anche casa mia di quel verde e ho preso spunto per dei mobili🤣, il terrazzo è stupendo peccato ci sia stata pochissimo. Il proprietario è stato stra gentile e alla mano ed è venuto in contro alle mie esigenze. Anche se vivo a Roma ci tornerò sicuramente quando vorrò scappare un pò dal caos di casa mia e stare tranquilla.
