Fantastic apartment and great location

Pros: Large clean apartment. Very close to Vatican and restaurants. Checking in very easy and host checked everything was okay once we had settled down. Plenty of space in the apartment. Full kitchen with washing machine and coffee making

Pros: Excellent location, surprisingly comfortable beds, spacious, could easily fit at least 5-6 people, 2 bathrooms were a game changer; great contact with the landlord, helpful staff.

Cons: The person who cleaned the flat could do better. It wasn't bad, but definitely needs improvement.

Pros: Place well kept, clean, and got all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. Location is accessible to the Vatican City, metro, and restaurants. Best place to stay and rest after a long day of touring the city.

Gorgeous apartment, safe location with a/c

Pros: The Pro's - Amazingly spacious apartment on the first floor with a few steps to access it and easy key lock located outside. All very secure. - Check in straight forward and owner helpful - Apartment was very clean and welcoming - Air conditioning outstanding - Location very safe, with restaurants and convenience stores right around the corner along with shopping area of via Cola di Rienzo two blocks away - Fantastic washing machine to wash clothes whilst traveling, with a small clothes horse off the ironing board (strange) - Two beautifully renovated and spacious bathrooms with fantastic massage jets and good water pressure

Cons: The Con's - Rock hard beds with poor quality linens across the board. A soft mattress topper would help potentially - comfortable beds are so important when travelling. - Hard sofas yet they were more comfortable than the beds - Beautiful kitchen yet it wasn't functional. Dishwasher had previous guests dirty crockery with no tablets or liquid to wash it. The kitchen was missing basic tools to cook effectively (wooden spoon, peeler, colander). Surprisingly there were two fridges and although there were 3 fry pans, the large one wouldn't warm evenly. The rangehood was fitted to the wall, yet it didn't flu anywhere, meaning cooking smells permeated the apartment. What should have been a 30min meal took 2 hours - frustrating with a hungry family after a day exploring Rome.

Perfect stay, I highly recommend it.

Pros: Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from A to Z. The location is unbeatable: just a one minute walk from the Vatican and Via della Conciliazione, and only ten minutes from the city center. Access to the apartment is smooth and easy, and the host is incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment is completely independent, so you have total privacy and are never disturbed. The street is quiet and peaceful, yet very convenient. There is a supermarket right next door and plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies. Truly an ideal place to stay in Rome.

Appartement très bien

Pros: Très bien situé près du métro et du vatican Appartement très grand et propre avec 4 couchages de 2 personnes dans 4 pièces différentes, 2 salles de bain très modernes et une cuisine fonctionnelle

Cons: Manque de quelques accessoires et produits comme sac poubelle et papier toilette malgré notre demande et couette trop fine dans les lits

Posizione top per San Pietro

Pros: Appartamento al primo piano in un palazzo signorile a 900 mt circa da metro Ottaviano e a 10 min a piedi da San Pietro. Zona di Borgo Pio: molto bella e sicura. Dotato di più stanze due delle quali con divano letto Due bagni nuovi molto comodi Pulizia ottima C’è anche una cucina comoda e funzionale con due frigoriferi e la lavatrice Da sapere: per entrare nella camera in fondo devi passare obbligatoriamente da una camera (assenza di privacy)

Cons: Eravamo in 4 coppie e ci sono stati dati solo due mazzi di chiavi…
