Jubilee Penthouse by Nosdom Properties

Pros: The apartment was spacious bright and well presented. The location was perfect we were a 10 min walk to the Vatican . Check in was straight forward. Shop and cafe right next to the apartment we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying here if we go back to Rome. Niccolò and Paolo where perfect hosts.

Pros: highly recommend it. Everything is top-notch. The apartment is super equipped with everything you need. The location is great. There are two grocery stores right next to the house. The owner is great, very understanding, and very helpful. I recommend it to everyone.

Good flat but requires some urgent repairs

Pros: Location is great, in walking distance to the historia centre and Vatican. TVs in all bedrooms, functioning wifi. Kitchen was clean and coffee capsules and the most necessary items in store.

Cons: Several items in the flat require urgent repair and represented a risk to my young family: electric plugs hanging out of the wall and a loose glass board in the shower. The handle of the fridge is broken, the cooking pots look old and uninviting, the armchair dirty, the key box hanging loose. All in all not the kind of flat I enjoy staying at. I would not come back in it’s current state.

Everything you need is on your doorstep

Pros: Amazing location. The apartment was perfect in every way. Will definitely book again

Pros: Very well appointed in a great location. Lots of basics were there and some extras, including nespresso machine wih capsules. Aircon worked well the one night we needed it. Lots of towels and clean.

Cons: Water pressure was a little poor (not much hosts can do about that) which meant the shower was temperamental.

Omen's Jubilee Penthouse was a great accomodation, very close to most of the sights and we had a great time staying

Pros: Location is great, though it is in a frequent spot, windows relativley okay to close our Rome's vibrant sounds. The apt. was clean and well equipped. The staff was responsive and helpful, especially at checking in when we arrived early and they let some luggage stay ahead of moving in.

Cons: Nothing I did not like. It was almost perfect only some last steps were missing from being avsolutel great. E.g, there are no hangers at the door to put out coats/jackets. No kitchen clothes to dry hands after using the tap in the kitchen. These are nuancies and I would glandly go back.

Bellissimo appartamento e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Pros: Appartamento pulito, accogliente e con tutti i confort. Posizione centralissima a 2 minuti dal Vaticano. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Cons: Nulla da dire.

Agréable

Pros: L’emplacement. L’appartement est à 5min du musée du Vatican et de la chapelle sixteen.

Cons: Il manquait du nécessaire dans l’appartement (sucre,sel…)

Комфортные апартаменты с отличным расположением

Pros: Отличное расположение: между замком Ангела и Ватиканом. До многих достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Удобно, что расположение на границе ztl. Мы оставили вещи и припарковали авто недалеко на улице за синей полосой (платная стоянка). Апартаменты просторные, светлые, две полноценные спальни и гостиная. На кухне полный набор всего необходимого. Очень отзывчивый и общительный хозяин. Мы провели два прекрасных дня в этом чудесном городе) СПАСИБО!!!
