Relaxing, full of joy to rediscover Rome after so many years.

Pros: Proximity to Vatican, lots of tavernas, restaurants and shops near-by, the street/building/apartment - classic Italian vintage with modern . Fully recommended for families with children/teens.

Good but…

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment, within a stone’s throw from San Pietro.

Cons: Water pressure was very poor and the temperature varied from extremely cold to extra hot in just a few seconds, so that taking a shower has been very challenging

Ottimo per toccata e fuga

Pros: La casa è veramente grande, due camere da letto, cucina spaziosa e anche bagno piuttosto grande. Posizione abbastanza comoda ad esempio per arrivare all'Auditorium della Conciliazione (che è dove dovevamo andare). Facile effettuare check in e check out.

Cons: Non c'era il condizionatore in camera da letto (mi sembra) e questo sarebbe potuto essere un problema, ma non lo è stato per fortuna. Avrei messo un adattatore per la spina del phon che può essere altrimenti usato solo in alcuni ambienti. Per qualche motivo al nostro arrivo (tardo pomeriggio) il pavimento della stanza da letto era bagnato di fronte al letto. Bisogna fare un check in anticipato con pagamento anticipato della tassa di soggiorno, non so quanto sia corretto se poi uno non può più andare.

Muy recomendable

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, entre el Castello Sant'Angelo y el Vaticano. Buena zona residencial. Al lado de varios supermercados, restaurantes y heladería. A 200 m una parada de taxi. Cerca del bus Shuttle. Primero sin ascensor. Piso muy amplio. Las camas muy cómodas. La principal de 180cm con sábanas suaves. Menaje más que necesario. Nevera amplia. Lavaplatos. Baño muy cómodo y amplio. WiFi incluida en el precio.

Cons: La apertura es con código vía Internet habilitado toda la estancia, no viene nadie a recibirte. Necesitas 3G/4G pero allí hay mala cobertura. Cuando entras, hay llaves en la entrada pero la de la puerta no funcionaba, solo funcionaba la del portal. Piso poco luminoso.
