Absolutely Perfect Stay Near the Vatican!

Pros: I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rome! The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need — from a comfy bed and fast Wi-Fi to a fully stocked kitchen. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from the Vatican, yet tucked away on a quiet street where you can truly relax after a long day exploring. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, giving us great local tips and making check-in a breeze. Every detail felt carefully thought out — fresh towels, coffee, and even a welcome basket that made us feel right at home. If you’re visiting Rome and want comfort, style, and an authentic Roman experience, this is the place to book. I’ve stayed in many apartments around Europe, and this one easily ranks in my top 10 — maybe even number one!

Clean, modern,great location and fantastic host- highly recommended!

Pros: An apartment that combines comfort with an unbeatable location! Spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen that made us fell at home. The neighborhood is vey safe, with restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets just around the corner, and St. Peter’s Basilica is only a 3 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay!

Pros: My wife and I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and even had a Nespresso machine—a lovely touch for coffee lovers. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Vatican, with plenty of shops and gelaterias nearby, which my wife adored. The self-check-in process was super convenient, and the host was easy to communicate with throughout. This place truly felt like our home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!

Cons: - die Hellhörigkeit zum Gang - die WC Brille war nicht richtig montiert - über Maps wird man an eine falsche Hausnummer geführt

Ottimo Loft

Pros: Struttura accogliente, ben fornita. Si ha disposizione: padelle, posate, bicchieri, frigo, pattumiera, fuoco ad induzione, macchinetta del caffè con le sue cialde, the e caffè solubile. Letti comodi, lenzuola pulite. Molte prese a disposizione. Asciugamani puliti. Doccia e wc, ma no bidet. Aria condizionata. Tutto molto pulito e personale super accogliente e disponibile Consiglio molto la pernottazione.

This room provided a great place to return to after exploring the wonders of Rome.

Pros: The location was incredible. A nice little street without much traffic, close to the Vatican and many notable locations in Rome. There was plenty to do, see, and eat all within walking distance from the room.

Cons: The door to the building was rather noisy, and the windows of the room faced the street and didn't block out much sound.

Modern & Clean with a few inconsistencies with the description

Pros: The apartment was very modern and clean, and it was located very close to the Vatican. We also appreciated the ease of early check-out. The shower was nice, easy to use, warm, and a standard size (in Rome, stall showers can sometimes be tiny and not have shelves—the shower here was lovely), and they provided good quality hand soap and basic toiletries (not conditioner, but the body lotion did a surprisingly good job as accidental conditioner :). Beds and pillows were also comfortable. It was also on the base floor, so no stairs, which was great!

Cons: It was a good place overall, but the description isn't accurate and that caused issues for us. It isn't soundproof, it has a small kitchenette rather than a kitchen, the air conditioner didn't really work and had to be unplugged because it was too bright at night, and the room is very, very small—like a simple hotel room with nice amenities and no front desk. Being right next to the front door, it was noisy as people came in and out. The area was relatively quiet (for Rome), but noise on the street was also easily heard. There was a frosted glass window between the bedroom and bathroom which was an issue for privacy. The door got stuck when we were trying to get in initially; after about 15 minutes of being stuck outside with our bags, we were advised to just hold the door differently (it needs to be serviced, but they didn't think so). Overall, very nice with a few issues they could certainly address or update in the description to clarify.

Pros: Tutto. ! Ottima posizione monolocale grazioso elegante, molto pulito e ben tenuto con ogni comfort

Cons: Consiglierei di inserire un piccolo pentolino. Avere più attenzione per chi arriva, c'è stato un disguido all'arrivo, causa traffico, strade interrotte, e per risolverlo ho dovuto contattare la struttura diverse volte .
