A beautiful place to come back

Pros: Historical building located near Vatican, in a quiet area with a lot of restaurants and shops around is offering high comfort and cleanliness. You will find everything that you need for a long stay, including coffee from the host kindness. If the score would allow more than 10, definitely we would give it. Fabio was a very kind host, offering important guidance on how to make our visit more memorable. A big Thank you!

A wonderful property ideal for visiting Rome

Pros: The property was in a wonderful location close to St Peter’s. There were also mane good value restaurants close to the property which was in highly modernised 15th century building. The road was pedestrianised so it was very quiet at night

Pros: Very clean, enough space with 2 bedrooms, very convenient place near Vatican. Great support from Fabio snd Tiziana. Will stay here again 100% if back to Rome. The best apartment that I ever saw in Rome.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location is absolutely perfect — just a 2-minute walk from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. It's set on a charming and colorful pedestrian street full of character, lined with restaurants, souvenir shops, and even a small supermarket just around the corner. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, beautifully renovated, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The hosts were very thoughtful and left all the essentials — even shampoo and toiletries. The orthopedic pillows and mattresses deserve a special mention: super comfortable and supportive. Cleanliness is a solid 10 out of 10 — everything sparkles like brand new and the whole place smells fresh and clean. The only minor downside is that the Wi-Fi doesn’t quite reach the far bedroom. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it might matter for some guests.

Excellent accommodation

Pros: The location was excellent, near to the Vatican, restaurants and bars the whole apartment very clean and comfortable , with 2 lovely bedrooms

Cons: The stairs might be difficult to negotiate for anyone with mobility problems

Quite magical!

Pros: The apartment was a fantastic mixture of traditional and modern - very stylish! The location was brilliant - so close to The Vatican, to several lovely restaurants and small artisan and specialist shops, including a friendly and well-stocked supermarket round the corner. From the first night, when we made the 5 minute walk into St Peter's Square, where there were throngs of people, beautiful buildings, a massive Christmas tree, sounds of the fountain and where gentle rain reflected the lights, we knew this was going to be an amazing, atmospheric experience.

Cons: It was just a little confusing on arriving at the building to know which of the 4 bells to ring for this particular flat. A little better signage on the bells would be great! However, when I rang the phone number given, the owner (Fabio) was quick to help me out with this information and once we got to the apartment, the cleaner, Maya, was so helpful passing over the keys and giving us additional information. We felt very welcomed!

The perfect place, a wonderful stay.

Pros: A wonderful place, wonderful people. The apartment is located in a very good area, with everything within walking distance. I can confidently say it was luxuriously equipped. Beautiful high ceilings from the 15th century, air conditioning and TV in every room, two bathrooms, a dishwasher, and all amenities of the highest standard. Spending time there was pure pleasure. My whole family and I are delighted. We wish for more such offers on Booking.com. I highly recommend it. All kinds of conveniences nearby, especially dining options. Almost forgot, as a coffee lover, I can say that the coffee machine in the apartment made coffee just as good as the nearby cafes. Thick, aromatic... I’ll miss it.

Location and facility were amazing !

Pros: Location , Location , Location ! 🎉 The apartment was very clean ! Enough space to move around for 4 people (slept 2 people only ) The owner Mr Fabillo was very nice accommodating us last minute after we made a mistake with the booking ! Riccardo, his son came to open the door and give us a tour of the apartment . Very good coffee quality and plenty of water for the guests in the apartment ! He even gave us tips where to go and visit, walking distance .I highly recommending this place , we shall come back again and stay here .Location was just walking distance to all restaurants and attractions. Thank you for made our last night in Rome amazing !

So much better than expected

Pros: Location is super central, just 5 minutes walking to Vatikan. Located in very nice small street where lots of typical italian restaurants with very good price value are placed. The acommodation was much better than expected. It is even better than the pictures and description promise. Totally new renovated rooms with tasteful design and high quality materials. Perfect for families as both bedrooms are big and equipped with dedicated big bathroom. The owners are super kind and helpful for everything you need, very keen about Rome and also for recommendations where to go (historical, places to be, food and drink etc.)

Cons: Really nothing to say, can not find anything. It is indeed highly recommended.
