Great Location and Host

Pros: The location is amazing, and communication with the host was great! They were very friendly and happy to accommodate my requests.

Cons: The only small downside was that the water pressure was a bit low, but everything else was perfect. Great stay overall!

Pros: Very private.The double bedroom mattress is really comfortable, quality pillows and towels. Location fantastic if you want to be close to the Vatican and St Peter's Basilica. Corner shop with all you need just a few strides away from the front door. Lots of restaurants close by. Really nice location!

Cons: The apartment is on the third story. No elevator so you need to be fit! About 60 steps. Air conditioning is too loud to have on over night. Check out time is 10 am.

Pros: The location is excellent, very close to the Vatican, with restaurants, a bus stop, and a Carrefour supermarket nearby. The house is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. There is air conditioning, so it's not a problem during hot weather. The only downside is that the house is on the third floor without an elevator, so it's important to note for elderly people or those with mobility issues.

Cons: There are two minor issues: one is that there isn't enough toilet paper, and the other is that some utensils, like the bottle opener, are broken. We bought a bottle of wine and almost couldn't open it.

Really good for it’s price

Pros: Perfect location. It was clean, with everything what you need for your comfort. Special thanks for Federica as a manager for really good communication.

Cons: Windows. You will hear everything that happens outside. I think this should be fixed.

Amazing place to stay in Rome!

Pros: Lovely, spacious, fully equipped and comfortable appartment in the heart of rome, in a pretty, historic building. Plenty of beds (can easily accomodate 6 people), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Few steps to St Peters basilica and castel St Angel. lots of great restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood, also the supermarkets, bus stops - basically everything you may need. The area is safe and peaceful.

Cons: Just few perks of an old bulidnig: 3rd floor (high one) with no elevator - not a problem for us, but I imagine it may be for some. Old, single glazed windows - one of the bedrooms is pretty noisy with the street noise (trash cans, cars, etc - all easily audible). Odd smell in the bathroom - nothing really bad, it didn't really affect our stay, but it's there

Pros: There was a lot of space, very nice apartment, very well located. All the restaurants and shops were nearby. The owner was very friendly and reachable.

Cons: The boiler kept shutting off and there was no hot water. I contacted the owner, whom explained me how to fix it. However the boiler kept resetting and we had to fix it everyday, which was inconvenient.

Pros: Emplacement magnifique, beaucoup de commerces de proximités. Juste à 5 min du vatican. Je recommande vivement en famille.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, buen wifi, camas muy cómodas, muy bien equipada la cocina. Lo más destacable es la ubicación, muy cerca del vaticano y a 20 minutos caminando de la Fontana di trevi.

Cons: Era sin ascensor pero eso ya lo sabía.

Pros: Το δωμάτιο φιλοξένησε την οικογενειά μας για 4 μέρες και ήταν άνετο, πολύ ζεστό, καθαρό και βολικό σαν τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξυπηρετικός και φιλικός απέναντι μας..Μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!
