Comfortable apartment near the Vatican

Pros: - great location few minutes away from Vatican, Castel San Angelo and Piazza Navona ( every major point of interest in 10-20 minutes walk, aside from Coloseum and Forum Romanum - 30-40 minutes) - spacious apartment with all ammenities and working air conditioning - carrefour on the other side of the street, pam local in the same building - good restaurants in the area - despite bar and a restaurant 1 level under the apartment, it was never noticable and apartment itself stayed quiet and calm even during working hours

Cons: - small difficulties with paying the city tax ( prepare cash or pay pal in advance )

Pros: Great location, near restaurants and bars, very close to Vatican city and Rome old town. Appartment was clean with good equipment.

Cons: No possible to leave the luggage in the property. There was noise from the restaurant under the apartment, and guests from apartment in the building after 11 pm.

Clean central flat

Pros: I wanted a clean property that was in a central location, and this flat did not disappoint on both points. The staff, Alessandro and Daniele, were very pleasant and helpful. One of us 3 sisters who stayed at the flat had a late flight on checkout day, so she was allowed to stay a bit longer. Thoroughly enjoyed being in such a central location in a clean flat.

Cons: The central location meant the area was a bit noisy.

It’s really a perfect getaway, I surely choose it again next time to visit roma

Pros: this property is simple quiet clean has got enough space very homely we had an easy and comfortable stay and good location also with local shops behind the property and opposite with your daily needs , easy access getting in n out first floor of building using lift or stair plus friendly accommodating staff thank you

Roma in famiglia

Pros: Posizione meravigliosa, si vede Castel Sant'Angelo dalla finestra, a due passi dal Vaticano e a 10 minuti dalla fermata Ottaviano. Casa confortevole, con cucina ben attrezzata, bagno grande e due TV. Bella accoglienza e buona comunicazione con l'host. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno

Cons: Consigliamo un po' di manutenzione alla doccia

Excelente localização

Pros: A casa é fantástica, com uma localização excelente, a 8 minutos a pé do Vaticano. O aquecimento, com tempo frio, foi sem dúvida uma mais valia. O supermercado mesmo à porta, foi para nós muito importante.

Cons: Poderiam existir mais utensílios de cozinha, principalmente facas de corte.

Volvería sin duarlo

Pros: La ubicación es buena, puedes acceder perfectamente andando a los lugares más importantes de la ciudad . A poca distancia estaba la Basílica de San Pedro y el Castillo. El piso estaba limpio y el aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente. Internet funcionaba correctamente y tenía cuenta de Netflix ya colocada. Sin duda repetiría si vuelvo a Roma.

Cons: Por ponerle alguna pega la ubicación del microondas que era incomoda y algún menaje más de cocina. No había tabla de planchar aunque no la necesitamos.

Nada malo que decir.

Pros: El apartamento genial. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. La zona muy tranquila, con bares, restaurantes y supermercados en la misma calle. Hemos estado muy agusto. Si volviéramos a ir repetiriamos sin dudarlo.

Pros: Wspaniała lokalizacja, klimatyzacja, wifi, dostęp do narzędzi gospodarstwa domowego, bardzo cicho w mieszkaniu, spokojna okolica, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką

Izvrsna polazišna točka za sve rimske znamenitosti

Pros: Lokacija apartmana je savršena! Dvije ulice do Vatikana, a 20-tak min hoda do samog centra Rima. Mi smo sve obišli isključivo pješice. Ulica je dosta glasna (prometna) navečer, ali uz zatvorene prozore je u redu. Odmah do apartmana je mali, ali dobro opskrbljen dućan mješovite robe. Apartman je prostran, krevet i kauč su udobni, bilo je tople vode, klima postoji (nismo koristili). Kuhinja je dobro opskrbljena priborom i dobili smo kavu, čaj, sol.. Alessandro je ljubazno dozvolio da ostavimo na dan odlaska prtljagu u apartmanu duže od check out-a. Četvrt je vrlo sigurna i ugodna, čak i noću. Ulicu dalje postoji mnogo restorana. Trastavere je na udaljenosti 20 min pješke šetnje uz Tiber.

Cons: Čistoća - posuđe nije bilo dobro oprano, sve smo oprali sami prije korištenja. Nedostaje nož za kruh/meso.. Toster postoji, ali ne radi. Svemu bi trebalo pri čišćenju posvetiti više pozornosti. Osobno me smetalo što nema roleta na prozorima, pa vas svjetlost budi vrlo rano (navikla sam spavati u zamračenom prostoru).
