Lovely property in very good location

Pros: It was in perfect location for us, just few min walk to Vatican as well as bus stops going to historical centre. Looks like property was recently renovated and looked modern and fresh. Loved the old elevator and view.

Cons: We had few power cuts due to having few equipments on at the same time. Not enough cutlery or cooking pods (one pod, one pan). Host could place additional rubbish bags, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets - we had to buy. However, all above are minor and would not stop me from staying here again.

Had a fab time highly recommend

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. We arrived early and the apartment was ready which was a bonus on a very hot day. Everything we needed, and more ,was there . The air conditioning was great as was the spotless soft white towels and the most comfortable sofa bed ever. Any queries were answered instantly, thank you Laura. I would not hesitate to return here

Cons: AC, location, facilities shower and towels.

Well equipped appartment on top location

Pros: Great location - super close to the Vatican and the Castel Sant'Angelo. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries and even child hospital in the area and can reach quickly the center on foot. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need. There’s an elevator which is helpful when you have luggage or a stroller. The staff were super friendly and responsive. They helped us when we needed. They also provided baby amenities- cot and high chair

Cons: The baby cot didn’t have mattress, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Pros: - 호스트의 적극적인 응대. 전기주전자가 망가져서 문의하니, 그날에 새 주전자를 사서 품안에 안겨줌. 그리고 집열쇠를 집에 두고 문 닫으면 큰일나는데, 내가 그랬음. 5분정도 얼이 빠진 채로 있다가 집주인에게 통사정을 하니, 30분 뒤에 구세주같이 등장해서 문 열어줌. - 전반적으로 깔끔한 숙소와 편안한 침대 2개. - 바티칸까지 도보 10분거리. 성베드로성당 오픈런하기 딱 좋은 전초기지.

Cons: - 2인 기준 온수를 얼마 쓰지도 않았는데 갑자기 온수가 끊기는 현상이 발생. 확인해보니, 보일러 80리터를 다 쓰면 다시 데우느라 온수가 안 나온다고 함. 그 뒤로 매우 아껴서 쓰니 괜찮았음. 아껴서 안 쓰면 온수 끊길수도 있음. - 집주인이 주로 이태리어만 구사해서 열심히 제미나이 돌려가며 소통함. 좀 귀찮긴 함. - 앰뷸런스. 매일 늦은 저녁까지 주기적으로 애앵거리며 지나가는데, 때론 취침에 방해가 됨. 그나마 새벽시간대엔 조용한 편.

Pros: Está cerca de todo lo importante que hay que ver para un viaje a Roma con niños de 4-5 días. Es un apartamento moderno, limpio, completo en equipamiento. La anfitriona Laura está en contacto rápidamente en caso de necesitar cualquier cosa. Está en un edificio señorial con una comunidad de vecinos tranquila.

Pros: L emplacement pour visiter,le confort de l appartement et le lit très confortable Les commerces à proximité

Cons: Le bruit a l extérieur.beaucoup de circulation (surtout les ambulances) Mais les fenêtres fermées ça va 😉 Pas grand chose pour cuisiner (une casserole et une poêle abîmée ,pas de plat pour le four,pas de verre à vin 🙄) DOMMAGE !!!

Pros: The location is close to St. Peter’s square. Lots of restaurants nearby and next to a good gelato place. Big space and felt like home. The security of the whole building was really good. With access only to enter and door that’s like a vault, literally. I love the vintage elevator, amazes me how it still works on current days.

Cons: The dishwasher did not work properly as we tried to do 2 times but still got dirty dishes so we had to do manually which was not a big deal. In my experience, on Friday night, the road can be loud with I think scheduled glass waste pick up across the road.

Pros: Posizione, ascensore, doppio ingresso, finestre/porte con vista strada (da cui si vedeva l’auto parcheggiata), aria condizionata, lavatrice.

Cons: Pulizia non proprio impeccabile (peli, polvere) e parti dell’appartamento/bagno usurate.

Pros: My boyfriend and I had a great time at Passetto di Borgo Pio! The apartment is perfectly located in Prati a residential area close to the vatican and to the river. It is recently and tastefully renovated. The bed is very comfortable as well as the bathroom. Laura is an attentive and very nice host!

Polecam całym sercem! Na pewno wrócę. Piękne mieszkanie w samym sercu Watykanu.

Pros: Obiekt świetnie zlokalizowany w samym centrum Rzymu, przy Watykanie. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i zadbane. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, reagował natychmiast.
