Comfort in the center of the old town
Pros: Perfect location, five minutes from Piazza Navona, ten from Trastevere, fantastic terrace, the space. Said is the most precious asset of this place, he makes fantastic Namaste tea at his chocolate shop downstairs.
Cons: The broken faucet in the bathroom prevented from taking a shower in peace, it is easy repair, please do... The apartment is not suitable for small children or people with any mobility issues, since the steps are many and steep.

We were very lucky to find this spacious apartment in a great location.
Pros: We were very lucky to find this apartment. We booked our trip to Rome at short notice and the apartment had only just been listed on the site. The photos don’t do it justice. It is very comfortable and super spacious. It has two bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space and a bathroom each, making it very private for couples. The terrace is very large and it looks over an open space which is unusual for this area in Rome. As the apartment is on the 4th floor (I think), we were protected from the street noises. The location is exceptional. Said, the manager, was super welcoming and responsive. The only downside is that the elevator wasn’t working (it’s planned to be fixed soon). But this wasn’t a problem for us as we usually take the stairs anyway. We will definitely book this apartment again.

Spacious and central flat in Campo dei Fiori
Pros: Amazing location in Campi dei Fiori. The apartment is in a historical building, is reallf spacious and has a nice terrace. Said was also very helpful and kind. We had a discount for the place which made it great value for money.
Cons: Limited equipment in the kitchen (knives, basic cooking supplies, dishwasher was not working). Some of the towels and beddings were not clean. We also had some allergies in the mai bedroom which may be related to dust / humidity.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage
Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden. Ein sehr schönes Viertel mit vielen tollen Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, groß mit 2 Zimmern und je eigenem Bad, perfekt wenn man mit 2 Pärchen reist. Die Terasse war super schön. Check-in war total problemlos, und der Vermieter war immer erreichbar. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Pros: Excellent accueil, très bel et grand appartement avec terrasse très agréable, les salles de bain et la cuisine sont impeccables. Contact très facile et agréable avec Said qui a été très efficace pour trouver un grille pain qui manquait et résoudre un problème d'électricité et de ménage.
Cons: suggestions : améliorer l'équipement de la cuisine avec des ustensiles de base et un four micro-ondes. améliorer le confort du lit en ajoutant un sur-matelas ou en changeant le matelas, et veiller à fournir draps et couvertures correspondant vraiment à la taille du lit

Fijn appartement met goede airco, en terras op geweldige locatie in de stad.
Pros: locatie was top! kan niet beter. rustige plek in een centraal deel van de stad. Said was erg vriendelijk en makkelijk te bereiken en dacht goed mee in het vinden van ene oplossing
Cons: De waterdruk uit de douches viel tegen. Dit werd opgepakt, maar ook was het een probleem van het (oude) gebouw. Gezien de prijs die we betaalden wel jammer maar met mooie appartement en locatie maakte het goed.

Great spot and great host!!
Pros: This apartment was in a great spot. Even though we had to climb stairs, it was a great workout!! We got used to it as the week went on. The apartment was great. It had a great balcony and a piano! The host was easily accessible and supportive. He had a great little shop in walking distance. Really loved it!
Cons: The wash machine would not clean our clothes. We ran it a couple of times, but it didn't do much.
