Rental in Rome Mial house

Pros: Great location, awesome host, comfortable. Great to have a kitchen and laundry facilities for our stay.

Cons: Water pressure and hot water was unfortunately really bad. Would also be helpful to have instructions for heating and dishwasher etc.

Great location and beautifully decorated.

Pros: Lots of space. Great location to walk everywhere. The agent met us and explained everything. Beautifully decorated and with air conditioning. Washing machine and dryer. We recommend Torre Argentina cat sanctuary.

Cons: Each bed needs two, rather than one pillow. It was rather dark and could do with a lamp over the dining room table. We stayed midweek it was a bit noisy on the Friday. It didn’t bother the rest of my family and I just moved a mattress into the lounge which was quiet.

Pros: Excellent location and extremely comfortable for a family of 5.

Pros: Superb location and cleanliness of the apartment. Our hosts were also very helpful and reactive to our questions.

Cons: The only negative was the noise from the bar in the same building, nothing that kept us up at night but for someone with sleeping difficulties it could be problematic.

Pros: Raoni was a great host who met us at the apartment. Answered a few of our questions throughout the week which was really useful. Also gave some great restaurant recommendations. Thankyou, they did not disappoint.

good base for our time exploring Rome.

Pros: Excellent location for our needs. Was next to the Leonardo Da Vinci museum and Piazza Campo di Fiori which offered a huge choice of restaurants, shops and a day time market. Apartment offered enough space for our family of 4. Host greeted us on n arrival to show us the facilities and send us details of lots of places to eat and drink. She also helped arrange a driver and mini van to the airport for us at 3am.

Cons: No fault of the property, but it is located over a bar which plays music until 2-3am which meant we were disturbed by the noise of this and with groups of teens who were leaving the bar and then hanging around talking/shouting near the alleyway to the property at this time of night. A few of the power sockets in the apartment were not working or were actually loose. The host did take photos of the loose ones as she was showing us around, but they do need repairing as to not endanger anyone with electrical problems

Pros: The location of the property, the fast Internet, the space of rooms, the combination between the modern and classic.
