Pros: Location. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Good price

Cons: The only thing was that the bathroom tends to have a smell when you arrive in the evening.

Pros: Location was fantastic . But beware - we struggled to get a cab to come to us - it’s all narrow streets and cobbles with pedestrians everywhere Online locks are a smart idea but MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE IS CHARGED UP!!!!

Great place to visit Rome, near everything and still peaceful

Pros: We stayed here before and came back because of its location: near the busy heart of Trastevere, but just far enough (200 metres) to be very quiet, facing the Corsini gardens. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and equipped with the things you need when visiting a city like Rome: a good bed, a comfortable bathroom and airco from time to time. Check-in is all digital and a smartphone is required to get access to the premises. The owner was so kind as to facilitate an early check-in.

Cons: Some minor defects have been communicated to the owner and will be settled soon.

Pros: Great service, nice rooms in a nice building and a very nice location around the corner of Trastevere bars and restaurants! I would come back when in Rome again.

Pros: The apartment was old style romantic beautiful view from the window, beautiful room with high ceiling, comfortable bed, big spacious bathtoom, very secure entry and brilliant location

Pros: We loved the location and the spacious beautifully decorated room! The staff was very friendly and prompt to meet all our needs. It was the first time that the concierge was only through WhatsApp and this has been brilliant! We fully recommend it ❤️

Excellent, good value, quiet accommodation, would rent again.

Pros: Lovely place in excellent location on the edge of the busy part of Trastevere. Very quiet street next to the botanical gardens. Room was large, clean, very comfortable full size bed. Large clean bathroom. We had a small balcony which in winter/early spring was a bit bleak, though nice for morning tea on a sunny day, and would I am sure be great in the summer. It was easy to walk every where from the location. We left bags in the communal kitchen on the last day and staff were helpful and efficient about letting us back in to collect them when we were ready to leave.

Cons: One of the shutters did not have a mechanism for securing it to the wall so banged in the wind at night- had to get up in the night and close shutter- not a big deal once knew where the noise was coming from- though the mosquito netting was securely attached and someone had already made a hole in it, clearly so they could close the shutter.

Cons: Could hear other occupants in kitchen

Pleasant place to stay, although the showers ran out of hot water twice.

Pros: It was very spacious and clean, close to everything.

Cons: The kitchen was right next to my room and I could hear people talking in the early hours of the morning.
