Pros: The location is excellent — perfect for exploring the charming streets of Trastevere and very close to the bridge, with quick access to all the main attractions. Maria, our host, was excellent: very kind, helpful, and responsive.

Cons: The room was spacious, which was a plus. However, the TV only had three channels available, which was quite limited. Also, slippers were not provided in the room — I would recommend bringing your own, as they are not available.

Pros: Staff exceedingly helpful, friendly nothing was an issue, local knowledge on restaurants city etc fantastic .

Cons: Some late night street noises however that was also part of local atmosphere.

Highly recommend this place

Pros: It was everything we wanted from our stay. So close to everything! Great restaurants and bars on our doorstep. Lovely hosts. Good size, clean and modern room with all the amenities.

Pros: The unit was of a good size with very good facilities. The location was excellent.

Cons: The mattress in the main room was totally acceptable. After some communication the host arranged a new mattress within a few hours. Great response.

Great location, spoilt for choice and easy walking distance to main attractions

Pros: Location in Trastevere was perfect for what we required. Walking distance to all main attractions and centrally located in a locals part of town with many great choices for restaurants and bars.

4 days was sufficient to see the Roman sites, looking forward to our next destination Bari

Pros: Location was very central to everything, really took in the piazza style of living.

Cons: Probably did not expect it to be so noisy to early hours of the morning, bottles being collected, people talking, motor bikes. The bed was too low, would have liked a table and chairs in the room so we could eat in and work on our computor. Also bathroom needs towel rail and towel ring to hang towels. Shower rose is too high for the shower screen and water splashes over the mirror.
