Modern facilities, clean and central location

Pros: Fantastic and great value for money. Water pressure and WiFi was a little poor but not a dealbreaker. I would definitely recommend this place as a great option for travellers who want someplace modern, clean, and near tourist spots but in a great local neighbourhood

Roman holiday

Pros: Residence in a great location. Walking distance to so many attractions. Just by river so easy to nip over to Travestere area lots of great night life. Anita at the residence was lovely. She helped us out with places to eat and the whole staff were always just at the end of a whatsapp message if needed. Would recommend anyone needing a good value for money base in a fab location.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was handled brilliantly by the staff.

Pros: Location was excellent and rooms met all of our needs. It was easy to get in and out and was clean and comfortable. A great base of operations to explore Rome.

Cons: Make sure you like the person you're staying with as our you can see into the bathroom via a mirror.

Cozy place to discover Rome

Pros: The location was perfect for discovering Rome. Especially the easy foot walk to Trastevere was a pleasure for us. The nice and quick to react service was great.We forgot something in the room.

Cons: I would prefer 2 duvets in future

Best location in Rome

Pros: The location is an excellent, comfy bed. Good value for the money in the center of Rome.

Cons: Poor sound isolation but not a problem to sleep when you're very tired. Room service came in every day that was nice but didn't change the feet towel on the floor, just folded it (the same one) every time that I found it kind of a weird thing to do.
