Raffy in Rome

Great location, cheaper then others in the area and met our needs.

Pros: Fresh water supplied and room cleaned every day even new years day. Coffee machine and kettle provided. Room was relatively comfy and location was great to get into the centre and very close to the Vatican. We also loved Iamotti a couple of doors away from our accomodation, we had breakfast here almost every day of our stay that we could the fresh croissants were delicious and the coffee amazing as you'd expect in Italy. They were also great with us and our bad Italian so friendly id recommend here if you're staying at Raffy in Rome. It was also great for location to other places as the closest metro was Ottaviano so easy to get around.

Cons: Just so you're aware we booked this very far in advance. I think this location was new or newer as it was the cheapest for location and not many reviews before. The bathroom is outside the room, we stayed in room three (I didn't realise it had 3 rooms in). The fan was loud in our room maybe you'd be better in summer with this being on but id maybe recommend bringing earplugs if your sensitive to much noise. There was also a fridge in our room which also made a lot of noise again we didn't turn this on when we were in the room (this would maybe be annoying in summer too if you'd bought milk or other things you'd want to keep cool.) There is a Hot plate but there's no pans and plastic cutlery.

Comfortable and good neighborhood

Pros: It was a very quiet neighborhood but still very central. Public transportation is also really good. The room was ver clean! The first night the room was a bit cold, but the host was really really helpful and came to fix the heating system, so that was really positive!!

I can recommend this property. Next time I’ll stay here again!

Pros: Location was perfect, room very clean and we had our towels changed nearly every day.

Cons: Not a huge bummer but was good if they were having a little pot to boil some milk.

Pros: Close to Carrefour, quiet place and 5-10 minutes to Vatican, good Bad 🙂

Pros: Ci è piaciuto tutto! La camera era molto bella, ordinata e pulita. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la premura di averci lasciato dell’acqua. Era tutto perfetto. Siamo rimasti molto contenti e lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici e familiari.😍😍❣️

It's decent for what it charges for

Pros: I liked that host provided us with two 0.5l bottles of watter every day. Also, host generously let us store our luggage temporary in kitchen until we came back for it, this saved us quite some money as i found that such services are not that cheap, especially for multiple hours, as it was our case. Rooms were decent and host cleaned our room every day.

Cons: Shower was a bit splashy and cabin couldn't be closed entierly. Besides that, walls are lacking some soundproofness.
