Excellent Italian style staying
Pros: We likes everything- everything was super clean, soft good towels, clean bedding, excellent water pressure, AC, silent street. Room looked like a classic Italian bedroom. Host was very open! If we will return to the Rome, hope to came back to this apartment!

Good and simple
Pros: It was a very clean and nice property! The bathroom outside the room was not a problem, because she put up a shield. It was simple but good.
Cons: The breakfast was not a lot. But the coffee was good

An excellent choice for a one-night stay
Pros: Easy to find, fair price, decent hot water pressure. It was clean and the air conditioning was so strong that the room turned into a freezer in 2 minutes. Breakfast included (coffee and a croissant, typically Italian). An easy walk to the Vatican, and a decent-size supermarket round the corner. They stored my backpack for a few hours after checkout, which I was very grateful for.
Cons: Room was small but given the fact it was a single one, it was ok for one night. I thought it was a bit closer to the subway but still a comfortable walking distance (probably felt further away because of the scorching heat). TV was very weird and it took a while to make it work (which was important as it was the EURO 2024 finals that evening). The plumbing made some very weird noises when water was running or when you flushed the toilet.

Great Deal value to stay near by Vatican
Pros: The room and the breakfast were good, and they met the expectations as previously stated. The location is near Otaviano Station, which is a link for downtown.
Cons: N/A

Pros: Great location, close to several bus stops, the metro, and Carrefour. The bathroom was small but bigger than I expected. The room was cleaned every day and was generally good. Worth the price.
Cons: The room description is a bit misleading; there is no coffee maker or minibar in the room; it’s in the kitchen, so technically there's no problem with that, but if I knew this, I would probably reconsider booking. Also, air conditioning was fighting hard for its life; it was not very suited for high temperatures, probably because it was a little old.

It was very nice stay.
Pros: It is a very good room, especially for people who wants to go to Vatican city and the center of Rome.
Cons: In such kind of buildings nothing can be changed

Memorable stay at Mrs. Chiara Maria’s warm and artsy accommodation!
Pros: I loved my stay at the comfy airbnb of Mrs. Maria Chiara, who was so nice and friendly to welcome me warmly, with a nice cappuccino☕️ and “cornetto”🥐 even why I had a later check-in then predicted!✈️ The lady was educated in multiple foreign languages, and will also give you Best Tips on how and where to visit Rome, as she was a true Roman lady who knows the city at the tips of her fingers!✨ I liked that the evenings and nights were quiet, as there was nobody walking around or doing house chores.🌙 These were all done during the morning hours by the super friendly Filipina caretaker, who would clean my room, prepare the bed, and most importantly provide us coffee and warm croissants, fresh from the Bakery, each morning!🥰 The insides were cozy, artsy, and the outside building looked pike a piece of art itself, like most buildings in the surroundings!🏢 Overall a very safe area, slightly more expensive, with a touch of aristocratic style on each corner.
Cons: WiFi not so strong at my room. I had to go to the common space (lunch room) to get a good connection. Be aware - It’s close to Vatican, but everything else important is further away, however, the house is super close to “Ottaviano” metro station, which I used all the time to go east of the Tiber river, where most sightseeings are.
