Recommend!

Pros: The location of the hotel is very handy, just in front of the apartment there is a bus stop and also a lots of local restaurants all around. From the room there is a really beautiful view to the street. All the necessary appliances are here (even the iron and the iron pad). Very kind staff is serving the breakfast to the bed. I would recommend you this booking if you are couple and are looking for a romantic stay in the middle of the city.

Cons: The fridge was working (light on) but wasn't cooling much (just the room temperature) - the staff told me it's normal. Tv is working but very slow and not much functions (max YouTube).

It was good

Pros: The breakfast was 2 croissants and a cup of juice, even though we got there after time, the miss, still served us. It’s close to the Vatican, and there’s a metro a couple of blocks away.

Cons: I don’t think I have something that I didn’t like

Great room and at a good location.

Pros: Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Can't really go wrong with ham cheese toasty and croissants. But would have been nice if we had a choice of tea in the morning rather then coffee. Orange juice was also given. There was tea apon arrival of the room. But just had to ask for water refill. Having breakfast in room was a treat for the kids. Communication with the hotel is excellent. The responses are quick no matter when you text them about any enquiry. They tried their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible and answered any questions asked. Decor in the room was nice too. We really appreciated them for letting us check in earlier then the supposed time. They understood we had young children with us and tried to get the room ready for us for our arrival time.

Cons: Just one of the mornings, breakfast was made abit too early. Normally you let them know when you are ready for breakfast and they give it to you when you request for it. We had not requested for breakfast yet. But was knocked on the door with breakfast ready. Due to a late night back. It would have been nice to have a little bit longer rest before breakfast was ready. It's not a major problem. But ham cheese toasty always taste nicer when hot.

Pros: We liked everything, the staff was friendly, everything was clean, the hotel informed us in advance about breakfast and all organizational issues. The location is excellent, right under the entrance there is a bus stop, around the corner there is a supermarket and the Vatican is nearby.

Pros: A place worth recommending! The staff were polite and communicative. The room was clean and quiet. The air conditioning efficiently cooled the room, which is essential in Italy in the summer. The location is exceptional, particularly for those who want to visit the Vatican. There is a bus stop right outside the building. The metro station is also nearby.

Great location and comfy property, perfect for a short stay in Rome!

Pros: Lovely location, 10 mins from Vatican City, about a 30 min walk/subway to the more central part of Rome. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of restaurants/cafes/bars. Property was comfy with lots of amenities, perfect for a short stay. Owner was lovely and let us leave our bags at the property until our room was ready.

Cons: A little small and could be somewhat noisy in the mornings.

Pros: So so nice stuff! Everythink clean and looks like at the photos.

Great room with breakfast in bed

Pros: Nice little room close to the Vatican, good breakfast, friendly staff

Cons: Not the properties fault but be aware there’s no metro nearby. Coming from the airport can take a while via public transport

Nice host- room was great

Pros: Nice room, nice host - good communication to help us get to the place.

Cons: Not their fault but is situated in apartments and so while we was below was doing drilling and banging at 8am .

Great stay

Pros: The easy of booking and the helpfulness of the staff during our stay.

Cons: Just one minor. Despite having a kettle and coffee machine, there are no cups. It is not ideal to make tea and coffee in the 2 glasses provided
