Pros: Excellent value for money hotel! The room was clean, well equipped and we even got coffee and pastries every morning from the cafe next door. Check-in and check-out were also quick and efficient. Overall I enjoyed it and would go back if I'm in Rome again.

Pros: I would like to highlight the owner, as communication and everything we agreed on was perfect. The property is located in a quiet part of Rome, just a 10-minute walk from Vatican City or metro station Ottaviano. The room had everything we needed and there was air conditioning, so we could enjoy pleasant temperatures even on hot days. Breakfast was served at a nearby coffee shop. It wasn't anything special, but it was delicious and the staff were great. I can't recommend staying at Mr Brown's property enough, as it was one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in.

Cons: Well, the only thing I could think of was a shower that was leaking a little bit. Not that it matters, but the wall right next to the water supply was always wet.

Pros: All was great! Simple and cozy. Host is very tentative and nice. The mattress was comfortable. Nice location, very close to bus stops, cafes, Vatican.

Cons: The duvet was missing, so was a bit cold some nights, but it could be just me, as every one else was fine.

Pros: - great location close to metro and Vatican - fair price for Rome for 3 people - teapot, coffee maker with capsules, tea bags and water for free - refrigerator - bathroom with everything you need: hair dryer, shower accessories - included breakfast in Cafe near hotel - very nice and helpful staff, you can contact them via WhatsApp - self checkin and checkout, it's possible to leave luggage at the reception after checkout

Cons: - breakfast is very simple: only 1 hot drink and 1 item from bakery is available per a day - shower doesn't have long part, water is coming only from the top
