Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The hosts were amazing — very kind, welcoming, and took the time to explain and show us everything. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. A big advantage is the nearby bus stop, which makes getting around very convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this place to others.

Pros: Appartement grand et fonctionnel, relativement bien situé avec un arrêt de bus juste en dessous. Entre 45 minutes et 1h15 pour rejoindre n'importe quel endroit de Rome.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia. Gli appartamenti ci sono piaciuti molto: proprietari gentili che accolgono personalmente all’arrivo, buon quartiere, posizione super comoda (20 minuti in autobus senza cambi fino al ). Vicino c’è un grande supermercato, aperto fino alle 21:00. L’appartamento è pulito e c’è tutto il necessario. Lo consiglio davvero.

Overall very good stay.For family travels, I'd come again. I think the value for the money was good.

Pros: We were happy with the location. With no traffic 20 - 25 mins to both of the airports. 20 mins by bus to Vatican. Ca 50 mins with other bus to the city center (San Giovanni in Laterano). Bus stop right below the apartment. Spacious rooms, ideal for family travels (there was 6 of us). Restaurant next to the street, supermarket 3 minutes of a walk distant. The apartment is not brand new but we did not expect that - more importantly, it was very clean and well prepared for our arrival. WiFi in-house. Paolo was is a very good responsive host. Thank you!

Cons: The beds were too soft for me, the mattresses have been there for some time - a bit deformed. But OK for 3 nights. Beware that you might get additionally charged if you check in after 10 PM, so plan your flights with that in mind :) We missed some minor parts of the kitchen equipment and a part of the sunblinds in one of the rooms was not working. But our visit was in winter so no problem and Paolo promised to check it out later :)

Pros: Raffaele stond ondanks de hevige regen op mij, mijn vrouw en mijn kinderen te wachten. Hij begroette ons met een warme glimlach en oprechte vriendelijkheid, en hij was erg behulpzaam met informatie over de plek en de omgeving, aangezien het vlakbij bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en andere plekken ligt. Het appartement is ook erg ruim. Ik was er met mijn vrouw en onze vier kinderen, en we waren allemaal erg tevreden. Het appartement is ook erg schoon en alles wat een gezin nodig heeft, is er gemakkelijk te vinden.

Pros: Excelente comunicacion con Paolo, desde la reserva siempre contesto nuestras dudas. el departamento estaba en excelente estado y nos sentimos muy comodos durante nuestra estadia. Si bien se encuentra a 5km del centro , es muy facil llegar hasta el. En la puerta del departamento pasa el autobus que conecta con el metro que llega al centro de roma. Tambien pasa el autobus que llega al vaticano. Super recomendable para alojarse. Gracias Paolo por tu hospitalidad
