Very good.

Pros: Everything was exactly as described on the website. Great service overall. I had an issue with the main entrance door lock at midnight, but they responded immediately and provided a quick solution.

Location Location Location

Pros: Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. Beds were very comfortable and host responding instantly. Perfect location 5 min walk from Termini and Metro, not far from many historical land marks too. Lots of restraunts close by to choose from. Felt safe walking arround at evening no issues. We loved ROME so we will be back and to Bloom Appartmests too! Thank you
