Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, shops, and main attractions. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I truly felt taken care of during my stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a great overall experience.

Great prise and facilities and the people were the best!

Pros: The staff was so nice and helpfull, especially Shakil at the reception, he helped us a lot and made it very easy for us. Thanks to all the staff, also the cleaning staff!

Enjoyable overnight stay in ce trail area with helpful staff.

Pros: Great hotel to stay, value for money but walking distance to everything. Restaurants right outside. Staff were friendly and helpful and air con worked great. Walking distance from railway.

Cons: The name was slightly different to booking.com caused some confusion as to whether we had the right place.

Pros: we get beautiful renovated new room. beds are so comfortable nice quite clean room. breakfast is very nice. staff are very friendly and helpful. location ok too

Cons: we missed kettle from room would be nice when you wake you can make coffee or tea in the room.
