fabulous place. incredible views. great location.
Pros: fabulous location. really couldn't have been better. walking distance to all the main sites. two roof terraces giving stunning views across the city. large and comfortable outdoor space. was a great base to explore Rome.
Cons: interior was very small. tiny bathroom and kitchen. hand shower rather than a proper shower. not much hot water.

Fabulous views and lovely location.
Pros: Location and views are the most amazing part of this place. The building the room is in, well that is incredible. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived but we have the same system in the UK so knew how to fix it and within minutes it was back on. Kitchen very useful to have, fridge for keeping drinks cold and snacks in. The terraces were fabulous, such a lovely place to relax after walking so many steps! We stayed up very late a lot just people watching and admiring the views! The property is located within a few steps of a busy bus stop and just further up the street is the tram stop. We walked the majority of our trip from here just getting the bus to the train station to head to/from the airport. The bed I originally thought was too hard but turned out to bed incredibly comfy and I slept so well. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!
Cons: Although we knew the bathroom was small, we found the situation quite stressful. If one of us had showered and then the other needed to use the toilet we found it quite slippery. Maybe a rubber mat could be provided for safety? Feel maybe some wall hooks would be handy, for jackets and for hanging towels when they are wet! The electrics are in certain need for updating (i do understand it is an old building but sockets were loose/hanging off the wall). Also feel the property could do with a good deep clean as there was quite a bit of dust.

Vista spettacolare su Roma
Pros: La terrazza (anzi, le due terrazze) valgono il viaggio a Roma, si gode una vista spettacolare sui principali monumenti ed è molto confortevole (tavolo e sedie, divani, sedie a sdraio). Assoluta privacy perchè decisamente più in alto delle altre terrazze vicine.
Cons: Si tratta di un piccolo monolocale con bagno davvero ridotto, va bene per brevi permanenze. Sarebbe utile un forno a microonde

appartement avec 2 superbes terrasses situé idéalement en plein centre de Rome avec vue magnifique.
Pros: Les 2 grandes terrasses sur le toit (6ème étage) avec superbe vue panoramique sur les principaux monuments de Rome ; la situation en plein centre, donc tout est possible à pied ; les équipements de ces 2 superbes terrasses : table, chaises longues, décors typiques etc...l' accueil chaleureux du loueur (ou propriétaire ?), sa disponibilité et son amabilité.
Cons: 1) L'électricité pourrait être améliorée : prises un peu vieilles (certaines un peu branlantes) et pas toujours bien situées dans la salle de bain près du lavabo. Je suggère de supprimer la prise de courant et l' interrupteur de la salle de bain et de les mettre à l' extérieur de la pièce juste à côté de la porte d' entrée de la salle de bain. 2) L'adresse de la location est FAUSSE sur le site de Booking.com : Sur le site, il est indiqué : 26 via Arenula et ce n'est pas du tout cela. L'adresse exacte est : 26, LARGO ARENULA qui est correcte. Attention : le chiffre 26 sur la maison est à 3 mètres de hauteur. Merci d' intégrer cette dernière adresse dans le site Booking.com.

Pros: 2 Dach-Terrassen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über Rom.
Cons: Das Bad ist tatsächlich sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig

Niesamowity widok
Pros: Niesamowity taras (a właściwie dwa) z takim widokiem, że wystarczy to za rozrywkę na wiele dni. Pokój maleńki, z aneksem i kuchenką. Bardzo czysto, butelka wina na powitanie. Łóżko super wygodne, WiFi działa, klimatyzacja też.
Cons: Specyficzna łazienka, zalewająca całość przy braniu prysznica. Ale widok i tak rekompensuje wszystko :)
