Good value for money. Needs some upgrades.
Pros: Great location! Good value for money. Big fridge and kitchenette. Walkable distance to most of the sightseeings.
Cons: Needs better sound isolation. Noise from the neighbors can be quite noticeable, just like they are in the same apartment. Needs more privacy. Maybe just one more door…

We had a great 7 night stay and would definitely book again if we visited Rome
Pros: Great location half way between the Vatican and colloseum with the pantheon just down the road. Also close to supermarket. Check in and out was easy.
Cons: It was on a main road / tram route which is convenient for travelling but noisy when your in the property.

Pros: Nice and central small appartement. Comfortable bed.
Cons: There is abseloutely no soundisolation in the door between this and the other appartement. We could hear everything our neighbours talked about, and they did not talk loud or made noise. The housowner can easily fix this, and it really need to be done!!!! Missed a comfy chair or sofa.

Perfect location for a tourist stay in Rome! Comfortable accommodation - would stay again.
Pros: Location is perfect if you're a tourist in Rome. The apartment is 2 mins from three bus stops and a tram stop (buy a 7-day all-access public transport ticket at the station at the airport and you are good to go). It's within walking distance to the Pantheon, jump on a bus to the colosseum, etc. The apartment bed is comfy, has a washing machine and functional kitchen. The price is very reasonable. Would stay again.

Buena elección para una pareja en el centro de Roma
Pros: La situación. Las buenas comunicaciones para desplazarse a los lugares de interés tanto a pie como en transporte público. El apartamento es luminoso y está bien equipado. Justo en la puerta hay un locker para poder dejar las maletas cuando dejas el apartamento.
Cons: No hay TV. No hay sofá, Sólo un par de sillas en la zona de la cocina.

Excelente situación en el centro turistico de Roma. Acceso a pie a los principales items.
Pros: Una situación inmejorable, un lugar mágnificamente situado con vistas a una plaza amplia y justo al lado de las principales atracciones turisticas de Roma, un gran ahorro de tiempo y de dinero en transporte. El servicio de entrega de las llaves, la entrada y la salida del apartamento al contrario de ser un impedimento fué una gestión muy fácil y agradable. Muy cómodo y flexible.
Cons: Un poco de fuga de intimidad o ruido al tener un acceso bloqueado que daba a un apartamento contiguo, no fue un impedimento pero rompía un poco la sensación de privacidad. Igualmente es algo salvable y que no me importó mucho.

Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Städtereise in Rom
Pros: Lage ist perfekt, sehr sauber und gemütlich, hat alles was man braucht
Cons: Es ist sehr hellhörig und unsere Nachbarn waren sehr laut, dafür kann aber der die Unterkunft nichts :)

Pros: Todo genial, la ubicación es idónea, esta en el centro y esta muy cercano a todo los monumentos mas importantes de Roma. Lo único que me falto es una televisión y más productos de higiene ya que no dejó suficiente y tuvimos que comprarlo.

Отличное соотношение цены и качества, рекомендую
Pros: Отличная локация, 7-20 минут пешком до всех достопримечательностей. Даже до Ватикана пешком дошли, 30-40 минут идти. Квартира просторная, кухонная зона полноценная, есть духовка, кофе машина, тостер и прочие удобства. Есть вместительные шкафы для одежды, есть зонты, утюг, гладильная доска - все для комфорта.
Cons: Нет лифта, тащить чемоданы на высокий второй этаж было не легко. Нет штор на окнах, утром мешал свет) Пару раз вода в душе быстро остывала, подруге приходилось ждать пока нагреется.
