Pros: La seva situació, els llits són còmodes i està a un edifici amb poc soroll

Cons: Per a 6 persones és justet, sobretot perquè els wc estan dins les habitacions i un d’ells és petit. No hi ha microones i li faten utensilis bàsics de cuina (només hi havia 5 gots, 3 taces, cap drap de cuina ni estovalles ni paper de cuina per al primer dia…..)Cal tenir cura en detalls com netejar els prestatges on cremen espelmes, estaven negres dins d’una habitació. La resta tot molt net.
