Trastevere Art House

Pros: Location was great, a couple of minutes walk to all restaurants and bars and market. Apartment had everything we needed, beds were very comfy, owners put an extra sofa bed in for us. About a 30-40 minutes walk to main attractions. Buses easy to use.

Cons: Be aware on buses as we were targeted by a gang of pick pockets.

Italian Adventure

Pros: A lovely apartment in the heart of Rome and it's entertainment centre. 25 minute train ride from Flumincino Airport (8Euros). The apartment has all you need. It was clean and well presented. Beds were comfortable. Alberto was our host. His communication was excellent. He showed us around the apartment and provided a comprehensive list of bars and restaurants to visit. Our last meal was in a restaurant next door, providing outstanding cuisine at reasonable prices. Five minute walk into Trastevere, a square mile of bars, restaurants. 30 to 40 minutes walking to the main attractions, Vatican City, Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Good deal for 6 people

Pros: Me and my whole family stayed (6 people total) stayed here in February 2025, and my top favorite thing was that it was warm in the apartment. Also Internet was great, even for work. Also there was everything needed in the kitchen and the 2 bathroom was very useful. The host was incredibly nice and helpful. Everything was great, the only thing JUST to consider is that there is a step inside the apartment, and we didn’t get used to it right away and my mom twisted her ankle pretty bad the very first night. It was just a sad accident. As for the location, it is about 30-40 min walk to any of the attractions.

Great location

Pros: Great location, the property was clean and nice throughout and well equipped.

Pros: Loved the area, full of families and life. The food there is also yum, especially the restaurant just downstairs.

The apartment was perfect for our family visit to Rome .

Pros: We were met at the property and shown the apartment. The guy was very nice and friendly even though it was late at night, and answered our questions. It was clean, comfortable and in a quiet street. Small things were a lack of hangers for clothes and anywhere to dry towels. We didn’t eat at the apartment, but the kitchen didn’t look particularly well stocked with utensils, but this would only be a slight issue if you wanted to cook . Also no view as it just looks into the centre of the block of apartments. But it was in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the restaurants etc , we felt really safe there. And of course the Ac was very welcome after a hot day of walking around the city. We would happily stay here again.

Excelente ubicación. Apartamento cómodo y gran trato.

Pros: Excelente la ubicación y los consejos y la atención del anfitrión. Muy acogedor y recomendable para familias de hasta 4 adultos.

Cons: Por poner un punto negativo,el cerrojo del cuarto de baño, si no tienes paciencia para abrirlo, te tienen que abrir desde fuera.

Sitio con encanto y cercano a todo

Pros: El chico que nos recibió ha sido muy agradable y atento. Sus recomendaciones han sido muy buenas! La ubicación es muy buena, cercano a todo y muy tranquilo

Cons: Nos dejaron un juego de llaves, hubiera estado mejor tener dos porque éramos un grupo de cuatro y así era más fácil movernos

Zona azzeccata per la movida. Ottima sistemazione per soggiorni brevi

Pros: Moderna e funzionale adatta alle esigenze da turista

Cons: Essendo affacciata ad un cortile interno con un locale aperto la sera, si sente fino a mezzanotte un po’ di rumore. Accettabile per permanenze brevi

Dichtbij de bealngrijke bezienswaardigheden.

Pros: Locatie, ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen die in Rome willen verblijven. Wasmachine en strijkijzer aanwezig:)

Cons: Parking, maar dit is een probleem overal in Rome.
