A wonderfully atmospheric and quiet apartment in a perfect central location

Pros: The location❤️ is absolutely amazing! It's in the very center, with a street full of restaurants just around the corner and a shop with fresh meat and fish two minutes away. All the city's main attractions are within a 20-40 minute walk. The apartment itself is excellent. Despite being central, it was very quiet at night, and the wooden shutters make the rooms pitch black, which was perfect for sleeping. We loved the atmosphere; it felt so authentically Italian with the small flower pots, wall frescoes, and embroidered curtains, just like in a good old movie🤗.

Cons: There were only a few very minor things. The kitchen was missing a cutting board, which made it difficult to prepare vegetables and meat. We also ordered a takeaway pizza that arrived uncut, but there was no pizza cutter, so we had to use a steak knife. It's just a small note for the host: adding a cutting board, a normal sharp knife, scissors, and ideally a pizza cutter would be great. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak in the bedrooms, around 3 Mbps, while it was 15 Mbps near the router at the entrance.Just a heads-up for future guests: mobile internet is also very weak inside, likely due to the thick walls and tall buildings. Otherwise, everything was super!👍

Very functional apartment that is strategically located and quiet.

Pros: Location was great ! Super central and great to walk around the sites and sounds of Rome. Quiet location even though very touristy. It was typical Roman apartment experience. The hosts were super responsive and very accommodating

Cons: No elevator and the living room was a little uncomfortable for us as a family of 5. Again very authentic roman apartment experience

Pros: We spent a very enjoyable family long weekend in Rome. The apartment was ideal. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. The location was perfect next to Piazza Navona. Special thanks to Alessandra for handing over the keys and being so welcoming.

Excellent location and comfortable flat

Pros: Excellent location very close to Piazza Navona and all major attractions. Comfortable bedrooms and indoor facilities. Great communication with owner and super helpful.

Cons: Disadvantage at the building is the luck of lift as the flat is on the top floor. We had the bad luck of ants’ invasion from the bathroom window at the 1st day and we informed the owner immediately and she came first thing in the morning next day to inspect with the building maintenance to spray. We had to be extra careful with our personal belongings as the ants were spread in one of the bedrooms and one bathroom.

Wonderful! I would recommend this apartment to anyone on a sightseeing adventure in Rome.

Pros: Great central location and charming apartment that felt authentic to Rome. The host was wonderful and very responsive.

Cons: Cookware could be newer. Shower handles were hard to reach in the first bathroom. Could use a comfy chair in the living room, since 4 people did not fit on the couch.

Pros: We stayed here for 3 days with our 2 children (7 and 10) and the property was perfect for us, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The property is within walking distance of all the main sights and there are numerous places to eat nearby which we found to be good value for money. We were met at the property so the keys could be handed over and we were told how everything in the property worked. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros: It was very very nice and clean! The beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed. There was 2 bathroom so it was perfect for us in the morning since there were 5 of us. Location was also perfect! There’s a lovely restaurant right around the corner and if you’re staying here please go to two sizes and you’ll have the best tiramisu ever!

Cons: i knew before booking that there would be no elevators so please beware the apartment is on the 3rd floor so it was a lot of climbing especially after a long day out. But apart from that, there was nothing to complain!

Pros: Fantastic location, truly within walking distance of everywhere you’d like to go in Rome. The apartment felt safe, and the owners were responsive and helpful, booking us an airport pickup at half the rate of another booking I’d made.

Cons: The property was great. The price may be a little high compared to other similar properties we’re staying at in Italy, but still a fantastic booking.

A comfortable stay in a superb location.

Pros: Super location and we enjoyed staying with locals nearby. Restaurants are right at the end of the lane and the Piazza Navona is just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious and clean with good support from the host and good security.

Cons: A few more cleaning supplies would have been appreciated as well as a small amount of milk. A pod coffee maker would have been excellent as the little cafetière did its best but was too small. Be aware there are quite a few flights of stairs.
